Excellent service throughout stay. Louis on reception was particularly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Great hotel, very well maintained and not too far to walk from city attractions.
This was our fifth stay in this lovely hotel. It is located in a beautiful residential area within a short walk to shops, restaurants and the Vatican. The hotel itself is charming, beautiful and very comfortable! We have stayed here in every season, and it is always a wonderful…

This property is quite old but very well maintained with well appointed rooms. Concierge staff was most helpful and courteous. Be prepared for very firm beds but that would be our only complaint. Walking distance to Vatican City and many nearby piazzas.
"do not stay at the "standard room ""
"Basement rooms are good and cheaper, at least I got a reasonable deal."
"Not recommend for the disabled/infirm, also deluxe room is on top floor the lift only goes to 4th floor then flights of stairs to your room."
"take the top floor with balcony"
"Ask not to have a basement room (our friends had one and it felt a bit like a dungeon)"
