We're just home from our short break to Rome and wanted to say how impressed we were with this hotel. Literally 1min from the Pantheon and 5mins to the main thoroughfare. Don't let the one star fool you. The rooms are extremely clean and the bathroom was more like a 3 star hotel. Lots of extra toiletries including slippers along...

Stayed at Hotel Mimosa from 12-15th February 2017. Although rooms were basic we would definitely stay here again. Everything very clean and maid service every day. Breakfast really good and staff were really helpful and friendly. Wifi free but intermittent! Location was excellent - no more than half hour walk to every attraction (although wear comfortable walking shoes as beautiful...

Located 2 minutes walking from cafe St Eustachio coffee? 3 minutes walk from the Pantheon and 5 minutes from piazza Navona, this place is perfect for family/friend/solo touring. The Colosseum and all attractions are accesible on foot. Be sure to have good connectivity on your phone or a paper map at least. The streets of Rome can leave you feeling...

It's just beside Pantheon so it's very easy to walk everywhere. It's a bit old but nice and clean. We got a room with a street view which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and gave us some good tips. Breakfast was included and was fairly standard. For the location the price was excellent. Worth staying in.

This hotel is excellent! It's located behind the Pantheon and within walking distance of all the attractions. All the staff were very helpful and can provide you with recommendations on where to eat and drink. The continental breakfast is the ideal way to start the day.

While I was a bit hesitant to book a one-star hotel for our stay in Rome, I was rightly persuaded by the excellent reviews here and the hotel's fantastic location. You are within walking distance of virtually every sight that Rome has to offer, including the Vatican, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps...and many, many more. The rooms, although...

We stayed here for a week in dec 2016 on a family trip from Chicago with a group of 14, so we got to see many of the different rooms. I would say most rooms are a bit smaller than the US average, but it made no difference. We had 3 couples rooms, a two room suite for 2 people...

We had a good experience at Hotel Mimosa, despite the fact that a transformer fire left the entire area without power. The hotel did not have a back up generator, so we were without power, wifi, tv etc for about a day. The staff were very nice, and helpful. The rooms are basic, and clean. The location is very good...

Dear Delidog, thank you for your review. We are very happy to know that the experience at Hotel Mimosa has been good. Unfortunately as you know, a transformer fire, two blocks from us, has blacked out for more than 24 ours, all the area. We have a power generator for emergency that can supply energy for 4 hours. Fortunately, it's...

Located very close to the Pantheon which made for an excellent base to start your day. There was a small market across from the front door which made it nice for snacks, etc. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions that we had. Room size and shower was actually larger than expected which was a nice plus. The...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Mimosa. Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the Pantheon and is surrounded by restaurants. Whilst not a luxury hotel it was clean with good size rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome who wanted a central location.
