Really enjoyed this property--nice-sized room, quiet inner courtyard (bar), a little more private (Via Ripetta), yet close to all the major attractions (Spanish Steps, shopping, central city). Excellent value.

We recently spent a week in Rome. We stayed in this hotel for the full week. It is an older building. It is a former convent and school for girls. It definitely has that "Rome" feel and gets you in the mood for beautiful Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful. All speak English. Breakfast is served daily with a...

We stayed at this hotel on March 15-18th, 2017,with my family and another family that was with us. We received excellent service from Vera, Stephano, Angelo, Angelo and David. Each of them took the time to answer our questions with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Vera and Stephano were especially very knowledgable and...

Former monastery, large rooms, excellent location walking distance to everything, quiet and unhurried atmosphere. Take advantage of a coup,e of good restaurants just in front as well as a Bio market on Via Vittoria which is a 7 minute walk from the hotel.

This hotel is very well situated with easy access to almost all the popular tourist sites. Lovely street cafes abound the Cobble stone streets nearby. The hotel is housed in a very old building that I believe was once a convent many years ago. It has been modernised well although there are a few things needing attention. The room we...

THe hotel was close to many of the attractions, like the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. and the continental breakfasts were the best we had in Italy. Also they have the best beds in Europe. We had 5 families and they were very accommodating to our situation. We look forward to staying there again.

Stayed in this hotel in feb for a short break for my girlfriends Christmas present. From the moment I walked in we were greeted promptly and politely a gentleman carried our bags to the room. The room was massive clean and looked luxurious. Can't say a bad word about this hotel everything was perfect. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a really well positioned little hotel. It is in generally good condition and easy to get to from the airport. Its close to Piazza di Popolo and within 10 mins of the Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi and the Pantheon. Getting to the Vatican Museum, St Peters and Castel Sant Angelo is a little longer (<30 mins to...

We (a family of two adults and three teens) stayed at the hotel for a weekend. The room had two floors, with one bedroom at the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. This was a perfect setup, giving the teen girls a floor to themselves! From check in to check out, the service was excellent. Very friendly...

Location couldn't be better. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean, felt like home. Breakfast was very complete, included gluten free. Wifi was terrible but it was the same elsewhere. Definitely recommend this place!!

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
