I have stayed on this hotel 5 or 6 times over a preriod of 3 to 4 years. It is obvious then that the hotel is my favorite in Rome. Favorite due to location and given the somehow limited budget (all were businnes trips payed by the company ) it was and still is an excellent choise. And still is...

My husband and another couple stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is quiet and centrally located in a lovely tree lined road close to the Via Veneto and the Trevi Fountain and although it is a busy area, it is relatively quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable but we didn't have any views from our...

Superbly located just off Via Veneto, in a beautiful tree lined street, surrounded by upmarket eateries and bars (including the famous Harry's Bar) and walking distance to many attractions and shopping. The Hotel itself is a lovely old world sanctuary to come back to after a hectic days sightseeing. Friendly and accomodating staff. A big thank you for our lovely...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in September this year . I had stayed here 12 years ago and really enjoyed it which was why I went back . What a mistake ! Nothing has been done to the hotel in 12 years . It is in desperate need of a makeover and the housekeeping / cleaning...

Spent 3 nites in this hotel. Rooms are small but very clean with no issues. Breakfast is included if you get up early-only untill 10am. Nothing fancy but sufficient. Staff pleasant & helpful. Hotel is close to Trevi ft. & Spanish steps.

Nice hotel, a little dated but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Via Veneto and Villa Borghese, plus within walking distance of many popular attractions. This hotel is always one of my top choices in Rome.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in the right place. The front desk was manned (womanned?) by Ginevra who was outstanding. She is smart, beautiful, welcoming. When Marco was there it was the same. The hotel is on a quiet street, but just near the 24-hr hop-on, hop-off buses. What a perk. The neighborhood is near to...

My partner and I, located and booked this hotel about a week prior to arriving in Rome at peak season .. Rome was still bustling with heaps of tourists and warm (some might say too hot for them ).. Our first impressions of this hotel is its size ... It's what I would describe as a smaller boutique hotel .....

I highly recommend this hotel and will go back for sure. Staff were very helpful and always in a good mood. Rooms were clean and no noise. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices and the best was the location. Extremely practical. Right the middle of everything. On the Sunday we checked out but were allowed to leave our...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
