Basically this B&B is in an office building, which might seem weird but it offers many advantages: super quiet, AIR CON!!, ELEVATOR!!, and it feels safe. In addition, the breakfast is completely custom to you, there is a refrigerator in the room, blackout blinds, comfy beds, a nice common room, and nice hosts. We were very pleased with our stay!

If you're like my wife and I, when we go and visit a place like Rome, the place we select is centrally located, comfortable, free wifi and free breakfast, and finally economical. Houspitality Caesar is all of that and more. We would return here for another stay (but don't take our room!). First, you will NEVER find this place because...

It was a pleasant 3-night stay at this B&B with my cousin and aunt. Claudia was very nice to take me to our room and give me instructions and the keys. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood with a 4-minute access by foot to the metro and the bus that takes you to the sights. It is very convenient,...

We liked where it was located, how it was close to everywhere, how Claudia was helpful... It was a very pleasent stay. We'd absolutely stay there if we ever travel to Rome, again. I strongly recommend. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Claudia was very kind and helpful since she also helped us with some reservations for...

The hostess is really sweet and helpful! She definitely made us feel comfortable and welcomed our first day. Great services include free bottled water and soft drinks, snacks and tea out front, and breakfast to order. Definitely recommend for anyone's trip to Rome

We stayed here for 3 nights. This is very well located. We arrived late and were greeted well. Slept well in a quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast delivered on a trolley - room has two chairs so easy to eat. Then walked down to Spanish Steps( being refurbished) then Trevi fountain then Pantheon. Lunch near Pantheon. Then walked to Old...

I have to say I was sceptical when Mrs F booked this but once again she struck gold. Housepitality Caesars is well situated outside the main noise but within a very short walk of all you want. On the metro at Lepanto our little son loved the days we ventured out further afield. The place is immaculate with breakfast served...

This small B&B is spotlessly clean and it is obvious that Claudia treats guests as visitors in her own home....which it is as she has a self contained apartment there also. Everything from the beautiful solid furniture to the books, cutlery and decorations are what you would chose for a beautiful homely feel in your own house. As well as...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
