The building is older looking from the outside, but gives that european feel, but once you get inside it's so nice! super safe, you are given keys to get into the actual building and then into the hotel, then into your room, rooms are spacious, beds are amazing and the shower is to die...

We loved the stay in Rome. This little 'B&B without breakfast has only four rooms in a pre WW1 building in a non tourist area of Rome and just a block or so from the old city. There are lots of tiny exceptional neighborhood restaurants and bakeries in area. Rooms are exceptionally clean and air conditioned.

Simone the host was incredibly helpful. Even though the hotel wasn't manned all the time he could be contacted by text or email and always responded straight away. The room was a good size with great air conditioning. There was no road noise as our room overlooked the courtyard ( I think the rooms were soundproofed as we heard no...

Superb hotel. Great base for a trip to Rome. Slightly disappointed that there is no tea/coffee making facilities, as Rome is very hot and humid. Ideal location for the metro and those who like leisurely walk through city. Thoroughly recommended for couples, staff were magnificent.

Stayed here for the week with my boyfriend. We were greeted personally with the keys given instructions and left to enjoy our holiday. Fresh towels and bedding daily, fantastic air conditioning and a much needed mini fridge for our water. The only downside is no kettle for a morning coffee/tea. There is a life saving McDonald's 2 minutes away!!! Overall...
