The Hotel Fiori is a pretty 2 star Rome Hotel set in the heart of the city just 100 mt from the Quirinal Presidential Palace and very close to the most important historical sights of Rome like the Colosseum, the Trajan Markets, Piazza Venezia, the Pantheon and the shopping area around the Spanish Steps. The hotel has a very good position for sightseeing, visiting museums and walking through the centre of the town. Just on the corner with Via Nazionale, there are the magnificent “Scuderie Papali” in which are housed the most important temporary exhibitions of artists from all over the world. The Hotel Fiori is also a very good choice for budget travellers. An easy access to the public transport network will take you to the other places of interest of the town. At a short walk there is the pretty district “Rione Monti”, characterized by narrow lanes, art galleries and second-hand shops. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff and familiar atmosphere will grant you a perfect stay in Rome, the Eternal City.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It's not quite a hotel. Just the third floor of an apartment building that is split into tiny rooms. The location is the only thing that is good about this "hotel". The staff is beyond rude, aggressive. The building happens to be at the top of a hill and during the very hot summer days the city supply of water does not make it to the hotel level. They bring you water in buckets for the bathroom. Not quite the vacation experience.

The hotel is a perfect location and all sight seeing is within a walking distance. The ladies at breakfast were lovely and the AC in the room was great. However, there was no mini bar, the safe was useless and it was hard to figure out where to find the hotel (3rd floor). The breakfast, advertised as "continental" was anything but. Just yoghurt, pastries and cereal. The pictures are nothing like the hotel in real life (room especially) We found it strange that you had to hand your key back in and also times we came back to the room things had been moved from our cases. Overall the atmosphere and staff were just creepy, creepy vibes all over.

We’re staying here right now for 3 nights. 3 kids in single beds in one room and the wife and I in a double We booked here after getting stitched up on and air bnb host that cancelled probably to get more money. This place is in the centre of Rome and a short walk from most tourist attractions- probably ten mins from the main train station on foot The room is very clean, shower good and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast this morning was lovely with good coffee and a choice of cold cereal fruit, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs cheese, rolls and pastries all of which were very nice. It’s on a main road but you can barely hear it and the a/c is heavenly after 20k + steps in the hot Jun sun Only small criticism is the toilet in the kids room is a tight squeeze next to the shower but I am not picking If you want spend all day out seeing sights and save a few £ then this is a fantastic option

Fantastic location! Within easy walking distance of several main attractions (lovely view of Altare della Patria as you walk down Via Nazionale towards the hotel). Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice breakfast. The standard is basic, but everything we needed and the room was clean, warm and comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and cannot fault it. It’s central location makes it perfect for seeing the main attractions. Although basic, it has everything you need for a base and is very clean, new sheets and towels every day. Breakfast is available, with coffee, juices and a selection of bread, jam, cheese and pastries, more than enough to set you up for the day. We shall return again

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the front and side are noisier due to traffic so avoid if you don’t like.

The best thing about this hotel it is its location. It is close to all the great attractions. The staff is very friendly and nice. You have to give the room key every time you leave, but the reception works 24/7, so it was not a problem for us. The room was small and did not have many toiletries, needed renovation and was of below-average quality. However, thanks to the location and the staff we had a very nice time there.

!!!RACISM!!! During our stay in the hotel no one informed us that we will have to pay climate tax and that caused very uncomfortable situation at our check-out. After giving back the keys the hotel receptionist (who also introduced himself as hotel owner - Danilo M.) told us that we have to pay 12€ with cash only. We had only card to pay with so we wanted to go to ATM. The owner immediately judged us like we were thieves and and commanded to leave ours belongings and documents. We refuse and said that he doesn't have to worry and we will be back in a few minutes. It made him pissed off and ran out at us with his fists while screaming. I decided to stay inside the hotel while my boyfried went to ATM. As soon as he went out, the owner said to himself, quote: "Me*da polacco va*anculo" and some other words which I didn't understand. I am sure that this is unacceptable behavior by anyone, and certainly the owner of the hotel. Beside that unpleasant experience - room was very dusty so if you are allergy sufferer avoid this hotel. There were also no duvet, just old stinky blankets. Everytime you leave the hotel you have to leave the keys at the reception and there is no hotel door sign "do not disturb" so they enter your room while you are outside (they cleaned our room altough we didn't ask for it and we had all of our stuff pulled out of suitcases). !!!DO NOT COME TO THIS RACIST HOTEL!!!

Michele the receptionist is the best host ever! He gives you very good advices and curiosities about Rome. I stayed here 2 nights with my sister-in-law and my 2yo toddler. The hotel is at 3rd floor with a little lift, the pushchair fits in so it's OK! Thank you, we'll surely come back!
