A group of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids) stayed here while we visited Rome. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The property was great, a lot of room the pool was great. Breakfast is very simple but good. We had a great time staying here. Not in Rome but not far away and the price makes this place...

I'm going to ask for my refund, it is not located in Rom but in Guidiona 30 km from Rom, it is the trick, they say that it is in Rom and you never get there, it's an Italian place to rest not for tourists. You will spend more money in public transportation and the most important the time.

It was really funny to read the references from 3-4 years ago about this hotel and to realise that things did not change at all! It seems that the management of the hotel really doesn't care at all about the level of the service. I dont even say that to get there without a private car is a nonsence, poor...

The Villa Maria describes itself as a quaint Italian Bed and Breakfast located only 5 km from Rome….and this couldn’t be further from the truth. It preys on tourists who are not familiar with the standards of hotels in Italy and we unfortunately discovered this upon our arrival from the Rome airport. We expected to pay 40-50 Euros at most...

I loved my week here and would happily go again. It was clean, peaceful and friendly - most fellow guests were easy going and easy to strike up conversations but some were clearly unprepared. I used the hotel as a Rome base, driving to the nearest Metro station every day after rush hour also worth exploring the area - recommend...

Well, this was my fault. I didn't read the review before booking the hotel. On Villa Maria webpage, they said that it is easy to locate the hotel. Get to the metro station Tiburtina and catch the Blue Bus Cotral to Palombara. Sound easy, right? Guess what, the trick is which Blue Bus? There were plenty of Blue Buses in...
