This is an older style hotel with plenty of charm. It was a nice change from staying in a sterile modern chain hotel. Breakfast on the rooftop was nice. Drinks in the bar/lounge are reasonably priced. Only complaint would be that the wifi in the...More

This is a quaint hotel. There are a few shops around and not far from town really. There was no fridge in the rooms and no safe either. The rooms were clean and reasonable roomy for Roma. There is a rooftop open area where you...More

The worst hotel I have stayed in . Sheets smell awful , humidity in the room and lack of hygiene is remarkable . Over priced should be rated as a half star hotel . Experience never to be repeated . Breakfast is also very poor...More

San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighbourhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San
Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
