Previously a cardinal's palazzo the City Hotel is a charming and comfortable base to explore Rome. The reception team are very helpful, the room was simple but clean. Although on a busy road the room was restful and quiet.

Excellent location for accessibility to major attractions in Rome. Courteous friendly staff, double room a little small but adequate. Clean and well kept hotel with a quaint old lift which adds character. Would recommend without hesitation.

It is a basic hotel in an old palace. We got room 205 and it was spacious and the bathroom was ok and very usable. Not a fancy hotel and the decoration and the rooms itself are a bit dated, but the beds were confortable...More

I stumbled upon Hotel City when I entered a quiet courtyard to escape the crowds for a minute. I then noticed the sign for the hotel 2 floors up and decided to take the lift to get a map of the city. I needed a...More

The central location makes this an ideal short break destination as it's within walking distance of most of the major sites. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are large and accessed by a lift. Breakfast is 'cold continental' but there is plenty of...More

Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos,

the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle
Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque
parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty
face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural

We had all our transport arranged through our booking of our holiday, I would suggest that you try that. There are plenty of taxis at the airport, who seemed to have fixed rates, I would confirm with them before using, or... More

Located in the heart of Rome, Via Mario dei Fiori, "Al 34" offers a good variety of food. If you are looking for a typical Italian Restaurant this is it. Best Regards, Fabio
