We've just spent a week in this hotel and it's fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff, we e-mailed before the holiday and asked if they could recommend a taxi company to pick us up from the airport and they arranged the transfer both ways for a very reasonable price. The room was very spacious and clean with a nice comfy...

Stayed here for 4 nights in October 2016 as part of a City breaks deal. The hotel is on the outskirts of Rome in a more student area, however only 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro. On the way to the metro from the hotel, you will find plenty of shops and places to eat. The hotel staff were...

This is a simple standard hotel located at walking distance from the Bologna metro station. It is also close to very good cafe bars, shops, pharmacies and restaurants. Staff was very attentive and Fiorre was great providing information on what to see and how to get there. Rooms are basic and very clean. They are very quiet. The bath shower...

I just got back from Italy yesterday and stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival we were assigned an extremely marginal small room. My travel partner posted a mediocre rating on his Facebook account, mostly due to room size and location, and the hotel management apparently read that and changed our room. The room they re-assigned us was considerably...

Hotel was lovely, breakfast passable , a bit far away from the main attractions, OK if you don't mind buses, tram, Metro. Nothing to do in the vicinity, very close to Medical University so lots of students....

Myself and my wife stayed for 9 nights in this establishment and it was well worth it. From check in to check out, everything was so swift and staff from Reception to Breakfast room to Housekeeping were all brilliant. They were all very helpful anytime and catered all our needs. We just couldn't thank them enough for looking after us...

I forgot to lock the locker when I stay in this hotel, and nothing bad happened after I went back to the hotel. They have high quality and well-trained staff. It is really a good experience to stay there. BTW, the bath room is clean, no any strange smell.

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighbourhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighbourhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
