I stayed with my parents for three nights and from the moment we stepped in till the moment we left, the hotel service and commodities were excellent. Our appreciation to the Front Office Manager, Manuela Palla and all of her staff for helping us with our booking and making us feel comfortable during the incoming process. There staff is full...

I had read the reviews and researched this hotel for a book I was writing. So when it came time to visit Rome with my family I knew exactly where I wanted to stay. The Grand Hotel de la Minerve will not disappoint. I booked the Alfieri Suite and it was magnificent. We had two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms...

We stopped at The Grand Hotel Minerva for drinks after a day walking around Rome, we were left some time before we were served and opposite us a table had uncleared food. There are some maintenance issues in the bathroom and our final bill was not offered just a global amount spoken, when we asked for a bill. When we...

The Minerva is very close to the Pantheon and makes an excellent base to explore this great city. The hotel works extremely well with understated efficiency, I would stay here again next time I come to Rome.

Stayed here for just one night and found the staff to be really friendly and welcoming and the rooms to be very quiet and comfortable. We had an inward facing room - no view but no noise either! We were delighted to find our room was ready when we arrived around 11.30am and also pleased to receive a voucher for...

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. I did not like the room at all. It was old and had some maintenance problems. I liked the hotel location though. I wished the rooms were better rooms and more refurbished.

Best location in walking distance of everything, the hotel staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. The room is beautifully appointed, spacious and very comfortable with a great bathroom and accessories. This is a great hotel and really good value for money. I'm staying there again shortly and really looking forward to it because it feels like going home. I...

Our check in was a bit of a hassle, but the issue was resolved and the rest of the days here were great. The location is unbelievably perfect, only several steps from the Pantheon, so it's literally in the heart of everything, from shops to restaurants. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with a traditionally elegant decor. The reception and...

I can't understand how this hotel does not rate higher in the hotel list! The location can not get any better in my opinion, the reception staff are some of the best I have ever encountered, could not be more helpful. The hotel is very classic and the bedrooms are a nice size with much needed air conditioning. The roof...

The hotel is located a mere steps from the Pantheon and central to all this is the best of Rome. 1st class accommodations, spacious rooms, and a terrific rooftop bar and restaurant with easy access to a number of terrific piazzas and shopping. This hotel has an agreement with Windstar Cruises and sight unseen I knew I was guaranteed a...
