We had high expections and they were not only met but exceeded! We stayed at the Napoleon Suite and it was a dream. We felt like private guest of the Ruspoli family. Beatrice made us feel welcome right away and helped us with the restaurant reservations. Breakfast was lovely and the attention to detail incredible. The best memory is their...

I am, selfishly, in two minds about reviewing the spectacular Residenza Napoleone III in case it becomes so popular I'll need to book years in advance! But such perfection needs to be shared. We stayed in the utterly charming top floor apartment. The spiral staircase could be problematic for those with mobility problems, but it was more than worth it...

I can't think of a better located, discrete, more tastefully decorated, authentic place to stay in Rome. It manages to feel opulent and yet homely at the same time. Despite being a stones throw from the Spanish Steps and many other of Rome's best loved sights, we didn't want to leave the apartment. If you are considering residing here its...

Nice rooms clean well kept , clean sheets . Nice breakfast when everything you ordered arrived . A nice escape away from the hustle of the city - with a roof terrace . The maid lights the candles on the evening & this is a nice touch .

Dear MrsCharles, Thank you very much for your kind review which I've shared with the rest of the team. It's great to hear that you enjoyed the exclusivity of our suite - many clients staying in our Garden Suite give us the same feedback which we love. We're glad you liked our breakfast as well and couldn't agree more with...

The first challenge is finding this apartment ; the second is negotiating the stairs! Shabby chic apartment in a central location with a lovely roof terrace (though the seats on it are pretty bum numbing!) The staff who service the suite are a delight and manager Beatrice was full of ideas for how best to use our time and places...

The hotel was hard to find, which made us suspicious at first. But the experience surpassed expectations. The residence has only two rooms, which are part of a palace, belonging to an old and respected Italian family. Rooms can satisfy any taste. The first is a very spacious and luxurious apartment, where Napoleon III has stayed. The second room is...

Dear Anton, We're delighted to read that our secret place exceeded your expectations and you enjoyed your stay with us! As you rightly said, the terrace of our Garden Suite has very unique views over Rome and its architectural masterpieces. It seems our generous guests have treated the resident-seagulls too well overtime, seeing how they enjoyed their morning treat as...

Truly memorable stay at a remarkable place. In a brilliant location, within walking distance of all major attractions, this is a remarkable place to stay. At the top of a beautiful marble staircase, you enter the apartment decorated with superb antiques, adorned with seemingly genuine art, but lacking for no mod cons. Service was fantastic, led by the brilliant Beatrice....

We (family of four) had a spectacular four day break over New Year 15/ 16 at La Residenza Napoleone (Palazzo Ruspoli). The rooms were magnificent, spacious and beautifully furnished. The Palazzo is centrally located but not noisy. Our stay was made complete by the assistance of Beatrice, the charming and attentive manager of the property.

This unique and amazing 16th century palazzo is a total blast. It is not just an apartment, it's an experience. Just cruising through the cool front entrance off the via condotti makes you feel like royalty! We chose the roof garden apartment for the patio and views. We were not disappointed. The bedroom is spacious. The bed is incredibly comfortable....
