The staff were so helpful, nothing was a bother to them. They made phone calls for us and contacted our travel agent when we needed help. Just amazing people. They gave us detailed instructions about getting about. What else can I say.

We took the fast train leonardo to main Station then caught a taxi to the hotel.

food that is refrigerated and placed out for consumption- I presume we did not bother with it.
