not central, but enough close to the station, in a very typical area of Rome clean room, competence and kindness good breakfast, good price/quality ratio I use it every time I go Rome and I feel to advice it, expecially for whom has to focus on San Lorenzo area and asks for an accomodation enough close to the Central Station

Excellent except street noise early in the mornings and bar noise late evenings. May differ according to the room. Our room was on the first floor. Service, staff and room were all at top level. Good restaurants at neighborhood and location close to top attractions.

Certainly, more than you may expect from a three stars hotel. Spotless clean, very good breakfast, not too far from termini station and other metro stations, very friendly and helpful staff. Located in a vibrant part of the city, full of small authentic restaurants and cafes. Nice feature: the soundproof doubled glazed windows, a must have in Rome.

The hotel is close to Roma Termini however surroundings and approach roads from Termini to the hotel is not so good if you are planning to walk down the stretch. The roads are empty and with bad smell throughout. If you have booked this hotel, take a cab. I would however recommend this hotel for comfortable stay with large rooms,...

Stayed for a week, Staff were very welcoming, free wifi, clean room with air con. There is a lot of graffiti on surrounding buildings and lots of students but we never got hassle or problems. Great pizza place next door which was really cheap!

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighbourhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighbourhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
