We were staying at Clarin in Jan 3-10/2017 with our 11 month son. The location was very good - located on central Via Nazionale street and 10min walk from Termini and 10min walk to main sites - Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, The Pantheon, and via Via Milano tunnel you can easily reach Trevi fountain and nearby areas. The hotel itself and...

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed in Rome for 4 nights (28th Dec-1st Jan). We were given a room on the 4th floor. The room was shabby with dirty walls and the bathroom was a disgrace. The roof and wires were visible between open panels in the bathroom ceiling. There was also a 'service...

Enjoyed our short family trip to Rome using this as our base. This hotel is no frills in a central location (only 8 mins walk from the Terminal). Good points: Position & Price. Bad Points: Very dark room, small bathroom & uncomfortable beds.

Initially, it's confusing finding the place because it feels like you're walking into someone's apartment block due to the lack of signage. First of all everything seemed ok, on the front it all looks ok - the hotel is based just on the second floor of this old building which is plenty big enough and walking to the room it...

The hotel was really nice, good location very friendly staff, but it needed improvements. The beds were really small and uncomfortable, the shower head was really old and the water came out in all the directions which was pretty annoying. Also, try to avoid the first room near the reception, because during the night you can hear all the noises...

Returned after last visit 5 years ago. Had a good room overlooking street then, this time overlooked central central "courtyard" - not good, but probably quieter. Good location within 15 mins of Terminii with luggage and anti-pedestrian attitude of Roman drivers and motorcyclists. Room was smaller but adequate with a shower room that was "compact" and had a shower head...

There's nothing I didn't like! The location is very close to all historical places. The staff is very polite, our room was very comfortable, every morning our room was clean. I liked breakfast very much. So I can say that it's really comfortable to stay in this hotel.

While traveling Italy for a college class we stayed here for a couple nights. First off, the location of this hotel is awesome. You are literally in the middle of everything. 10 minuets from all that rome has to offer. As for the hotel, the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and was very clean. I would...
