The hotel has a perfect location close to everything, even underground station. We stayed in a room with 4 beds. Positive: -location -nice firm beds -very clean -continental breakfast with choice of eggs, fruit, cereal, toast, pastries, cheese and cold cuts -slippers +toiletries Negative: -room was too small for 4 people -noise (don't forget your earplugs) -some bits were missing...

Pleasant stay in the centre of Rome, great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Had all the basic amenities we needed, walking distance to most of the sights.

Our "suite" and our view. Nothing like the pictures on the website. There are 6 rooms on the 3th floor of a building. Breakfast is served on that same floor (like in a kitchen, open door to hallway meaning lots of noise.) Only 12 chairs available; 3 tables. All seats are taken? Answer of the Staff : "wait 30 mins...

Good accommodation in Rome. Rooms were a little small but clean. Biggest complaint would be the lack of hot water in the bathroom. Excellent location, with most of the major sights easily accessible by foot. Staff friendly.

These accommodations were just perfect for us, a family of 5 siblings celebrating a 60th birthday altogether. We had 2 rooms booked one of which was exceptionally large with a king and 2 singles in. Very clean and beautifully decorated. There was an perfectly acceptable sized en suite with complimentary shampoo and shower gel soap etc, and lots of large...

Our room was very small (especially the bathroom) but clean. The bed was kind of hard but we had air conditioning, a television and WiFi. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. This B&B was very close to the Metro (subway) and the train station which was very practical. It was also very close to the Trevi Fountain...

This is a great value hotel that serves as a perfect base for exploring Rome. You're walking distance to a lot of great attractions, and the Barberini metro station is just a moment away for the few things that are a bit too far to walk to. It can be a little difficult to find this place at first so...

Spent five nights and can not speak highly enough of the location and staff who were excellent and did everything to make you feel welcome. The hotel is set in a very old building as would be expected in the heart of Rome and the rooms are on the third floor with access by a small lift aged probably close...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
