We needed a B&B close to Termini rail station and this one is about 10 mins walk. When we buzzed the guy let us in but offered no help with the luggage which was a bit odd, and then rattled through the information on restaurants etc far too quickly and I thought this rather rude. Our room, the red room,...

Our visit was really good. The B & B was just off the Via Nationale, walking distance to the Termini, the Colleseum, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain ( which unfortunately was having restoration work done to it). We had a pass for 48 hours for The Big Red Bus,but 24 hours would have been enough. Carlotta & Francesco were fantastic hosts,very...

We stayed here as three couples which meant we had the place to ourselves other than the lovely owners who were very friendly and really look after us all. We had the red room and it was clean and well laid out, a very comfortable bed with great en-suite. The perfect location as a base we walk to everything we...

Lovely B&B, room we had was lovely (the blue room), it was good value for money, breakfasts were basic enough but they will happily make you eggs if you like in the morning, otherwise you can pick from croissants, yogurt, toast etc., the hosts are not around all the time but if you need them they're usually just a knock...

The location is good, but that's about it. There is no sound isolation, you can hear everything going on around you. The windows are very thin, and there is a constant buzzing noise outside, some sort of refrigerator or air-conditioning system is working apparently. So it is not possible to open the windows, because you can hear this buzzing even...

This was a lovely B and B. Carlotta and Francesco were very kind and helpful, even giving us excellent ideas for restaurants. We felt so safe, it was easy to get to from Termini and easily accessible to most of the sites of Rome on foot. We probably had our best sleep here in the heart of the city. The...

Our stay at B&B Da Carlotta could not have been more wonderful. While we only stayed one night, if we were to return to Rome we would definitely return and stay here. To start, we were allocated the red room, which was spacious, super clean, charming and best of all, well equipped. The amenities in the room were fantastic. Even...

This was a 10 min walk from Termini, in the 3rd floor of an old block of apartments. There were 4 rooms, all decorated in different colours, with handpainted furniture. It was very creative and attractive. We had the blue suite, a beautiful bedroom and elegant bathroom with a separate sitting room, all air conditioned. I have a gluten free...

This B&B is ideally located. It's a short walk from Termini train station, most tourist sights, and the Metro. The owners, Carlotta and Francesco, are extremely helpful and hospitable. Highly recommended!
