We found the managers extremely friendly and helpful. I am sure they would allow you to leave luggage if you arrive early. They do not yet have an elevator and they will carry your luggage up the stairs. There was a safe in our room and I assume in all rooms. We arrived by train and took a taxi. Email them and ask the cost of their airport transfer and also check online the cost of a taxi from airport to Piazza Navone. The hotel is two minutes away> You can walk everywhere from the hotel.

You could maybe get the metro but I didn’t bother with that option. I got a taxi to the hotel which was €40 as we shared and then taxi back which was €48 flat rate...once your at this hotel it is that central you walk EVERYWHERE, there’s no need to use any form of transport other than getting too and from the airport

There is one flight of stairs from the entrance door to the reception and breakfast room ( first floor)The rooms are then on the second and third floors. The two suites with terraces are on the top floor which is four flights of stairs. ( if you can manage them, highly recommended). There is no elevator.
