I stayed here overnight, needing a reasonably priced hotel near the station.
The room was quite small but spotlessly clean and everything worked well. The people on the front desk were very polite and friendly.
The hotel is close to the station, so very convenient...More
Besides the fact that is near the terminal there is nothing else that you could like about this 3 star hotel .
Personal is always on a bad mood, except the lady with the dog.
Elevator malfunctions way too often (2 times on our 4...More
Very good central location for people using train transport. Small clean room - sufficient for the three adults sharing. Decent bathroom with a bath/shower combo. Friendly efficient reception. Great breakfast.
Just stayed here last week - the location was great and super convenient: close to Roma Termini and all the buses. Th barony desk was helpful, which was great. The negatives are plentiful - this hotel is very old and outdated - this includes the...More
What an enjoyable stay at the above hotel, stayed here for 3nights and loved it.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
Is not possible to walk, its take around 4/5 km... and is different direction. Easier way for you just take the train.. just remember to be careful during in train there is many of pick pocket around.

They have heat and air conditioning in most rooms. Rooms are supposed to work with key cards that turn on lights and temperature controls. However, the key card system was broken in my room. Front desk told me they are broken in many of the rooms and it is too expensive to repair them. So beware and insist on a room where the key card works.
