We stayed here for four nights, although we were sold it as a four star hotel it is defiantly only a three! Star ratings maybe different In Italy but we were disappointed with what we were given. There is no kettle in the rooms, nor do you get any water unless you purchase from the mini bar. The pillows were...

Stayed here for two nights as part of a multi city trip done by a travel agency so we didn't have a choice where we stayed. This hotel is classed as a four star hotel therefore you have to pay city tax of 6euros a night. The free wifi is the only amenity you receive. The rooms are extremely run...

Visited Rome for a 3 day mini-break on a Groupon deal, not having been to Rome before other than a business trip 30 years ago. Read the reviews and wasn't sure what to expect, so this was our experience. Location - it is away from the centre, but not massive distances. It is 10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro...

My husband booked a break away for Valentine's. He wasn't very impressed by the quality of the room, however I thought for a 3 star hotel it was ok. However I later found out that it was a 4 star hotel when we were stung by the tax! The room was very small but adequate for a short break and...

Right good points about this hotel ..... 1 location .... 2 maids do a very good job that's it. Tiny rooms and bathroom, very run down, no tea and coffee in rooms no English TV. Mould in the bathroom and broken shower and toilet seat ..... and do not take anything from the mini bar unless you are prepared to...

Location is a downfall with this hotel. It was hard trying to find it. Not a lot of locals knew where the hotel was. One thing that really annoyed me was at 9.30 and 9.45am two maids opened the door without knocking while we were asleep . There was no sign out on the door handle saying please clean our...

I was one of a group of 5 'not so young' females on a short break. We had read the reviews and not sure what to expect but we were very happy with the hotel itself. The staff were all helpful and friendly, we had 2 rooms that were big and bright and very clean. The continental breakfast was excellent;...

Having never been to Rome before, we booked this hotel through a Groupon deal and spent 4 full days there. It is next to the City University and by student accommodation. Next door is a pizzeria which has music playing into the early hours of the morning. So advisable to sleep with your window closed. Air conditioning unit was not...

Great little hotel, spotlessly clean and rooms very comfortable. Gentleman on reception could not do enough to help giving me a map etc. Breakfast really enjoyable. Area is not the best but did not see any signs of prostitution. Highly recommended.
