The room was really nicely presented, when entering we thought it was great value for money! There was a nice view of some mature trees out of the window, the room was clean, had a fridge and free toiletries. The reception staff were pleasant and there's a lovely rooftop terrace/ smoking area with comfy seats which you can use.
Sadly I never slept a wink. The rooms here claim to be soundproof, which they are not. There's an extremely busy, loud establishment below to the front of the hotel, which remains busy until very late at night. Its definitely the loudest hotel ive ever stayed at. Unfortunately the seal on the window is broken and the window does not close properly, so it's incredibly loud. The noise didn't stop until about 2am. There's also a lot of noise throughout the hotel at night, doors slamming etc.
If the room was made sound proof, this hotel would be brilliant value for money.

Having a fabulous stay at the Felice. I got what i paid for. This is a great place to go and stay in Rome on the cheap. There is a shared bathroom on every floor but it is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast that is included is provided at the start of your stay in your room and it is a very generous breakfast . All in all i will come here again.

Hotel Felice is a decent place for a quick budget getaway. Located 15 minutes walking distance from Termini (main railway station and local transport hub) it's ideal for a cheap accommodation option. The staff is really friendly, the rooms have decent dimensions, the beds are comfy and you have plenty of dining opportunities in the proximity. The only downfalls, I may say, are: bathroom size (very small), tiles on the bedrooms floor (it gives you a cold sensation if you like walking barefoot) and the breakfast which contains only a coffee and a croissant (which is not so fresh, in my opinion)

we stayed for 4 days and we were very satisfied about the hotel, the staff was kind and they helped us with everything. We stayed there during the COVID so they gave us our breakfast for the 4 days when we got there so it was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. We had everything: towels, soap and even a ventilator (it was good because the room was hot during the day). The location is perfect near to public transport.
The only thing that was kind of unpleasant that under our window was a lot of restaurants and it was noisy at night. Bit its not a hotel's fault.

Was suppost to stay at this hotel for 2 nights and booked it 3months in advance. Prior to the month of our arrival kept getting emails regarding payment even though it was pay at the property , rang the hotel myself and they told me it was a system error and my booking was not effected. A few days ago I got an email saying my booking was cancelled , tried calling and emailing the hotel and got no where. As a result I could not come to Rome as prices for hotels were so expensive as it was Easter Sunday , luckily I was already in Italy and sorted accommodation for else where. Very poor service from the hotel and I would definitely not recommend.

Avoid this hotel, I did not believe previous comments that that reject reservations day before arrival, so, we left without hotel, just get one night instead of 4. But, it was great because hotel do not worth that prize, room are not as on web site , hotel is dirty, third bed is wired and almost impossible for sleeping. We did not get breakfast. On web site we did not know are bathroom shared or not, so be careful not to cheat you!

Restaurant right under window. Very little insulation so the diners and music kept us awake until midnight.
It’s currently 11:30pm and an alarm outside has been going off for 35 minutes. It would be less upsetting to wake up on fire.

Not all rooms have toilets and showers. Easily 6 people share two bathrooms down the hall. Not one flat surface or hooks in one bathroom on which to put personal items while you shower.

Even though there is a door on our room, it doesn’t sound like it when people talk in the hall. We heard full conversations from the people in the next room.

The hotel is 1.5 miles from the Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. We walked it easily. Train station is a 10 min walk.

People so far have been helpful.

Had booked it for a family trip a month before. Kept getting emails regarding payment even though it was a "pay at the property". After a few days I got an email saying my booking was cancelled. That was not it. Got a message from the hotel, screenshot given. Please stay away from this one.
