The friendliness of the staff especially Marco al the reception, the excellent location close to Termini train station(10 minutes walling), a wonderful quiet place to stay in a residential area. We will certainly come back.

We book this room online in this hotel and we were satisfied, we enjoy our stai in this family business run hotel. Our room was modern and recently renovated, clean and cozy bathroom. The staff was super, friendly and welcommed. We recommend.
We stay for three nights in this cozy family business hotel close to Termini train station (around 500 meters) and public transportation. Friendly reception staff during my stay. Location was absolutely super.
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighbourhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San
Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
