We booked an airbnb apartment for 7 days, and stayed our final night in Rome at the DOM Hotel. We booked a 5 star unknown on PriceLine, and it turned out to be the DOM. When we checked in, we were upgraded to the DOM...More
I just returned from a 4 night stay at the DOM. Wow. This hotel is 5 star at every turn, exceeding all my expectations and providing a sanctuary from the busy streets of Rome.

I have been staying three nights in this fake five stars.
The room was ok, not stunning, but ok.

My husband and I stayed at this hidden treasure in April. I say hidden because I hope it STAYS HIDDEN. We loved staying here in the Suite. Very centrally located to all the sites in Rome and in a small neighborhood.
We love you DOM!...More
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighbourhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa
drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.

I'm sorry to say I don't know the answer to this question. When I stayed in October, I was upgraded to a fabulous room, but it had a large bed. I do understand the point, as I prefer separate beds when traveling with my girlfriends for a girl's weekend. I advise contacting the hotel to see what they say. I'm so sorry I can't help you on this, but hope you enjoy your stay in Rome.
