Pros: relaxing hotel, quiet setting with friendly welcoming staff. 1no. outdoor pools + indoor pool + Huge Gym & Spa. 30min from Rome via taxi. Parking onsite. free Wi-Fi. Modern clean rooms with air conditioning & ensuite w/ shower. Breakfast was basic. The spa was impressive. Cons: could not find English channels on satellite TV. Spa & outdoor poor was extra €€€ nearest bars/restaurants 10min walk away nearest train station + 15min away by foot. hotel & amenities in separate buildings ... takes time to orientate yourself

Dirty hotel, no spa (it's a completely separate site and separate charges) and lacks the amenities of most 2-star hotels (no kettle for example). The air-conditioning didn't work, the lights were very dim, even the TV had nothing for international guests (everything was Italian). The hotel itself is also very far away from the city centre, so not worth it if you're going into Rome. You'll be spending £70-£100 a day on taxis easily. Spend the extra money on a hotel that actually does what it says, look at the other 1-Star reviews and you'll see a common theme that I wish I'd listened to first. This hotel is nothing like the flashy pictures, they're not even a part of the hotel but a separate spa resort (that you have to pay for). This is closer to a 1-star budget. Not worth its price, nor the hassle of having to travel.

Do not waste your time and money staying here. This is not a sport hotel, this is a basic hotel that is €30 (minimum) taxi to Rome that so happens to have a busy local leisure centre next door…. Which you don’t have full access to. Apparently you need to book to use anything in the leisure centre and the outdoor pool is not included….. you need to pay €15 per person, wear a swimming hat and sign a waiver to lay by your hotel pool!!! Unacceptable and not as advertised. There is no bar or social space, so forget a chilled drink before bed. Room size was was pretty small and beds weren’t anything to write home about. The layout of the hotel incomprehensible, no signs anywhere. On our first night we went for a walk around the complex and it was such a weird design. Didn’t even try breakfast as it finished so early but after reading the other reviews, it doesn’t sound like we missed much. I honestly have no idea how this hotel has the audacity to say it is 4 star. My advise is to spend a little more money staying more central to Rome, you’ll actually save money as we spent about €80 a day on taxis.

The spa is extremely disgusting and overcrowded. There were at least 20 people in the spa which is at least 25m2. The entrance of the spa was extremely dirty. The service was so bad. NOT SUGGESTED AT ALL!!!

The worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever visited. And I’m travelling a lot all around the world.. 1.No coffee/tea/hot water in room 2. No iron in room ( and not in the entire hotel) 3. All SPA /pool.. facilities are outside the hotel (2-3 minutes walking) 4. The location of the hotel is in middle of nowhere. 5. Excluding one nice lady , the front desk young stuff are not in the mood to give service 6.breakfast is poor, no fruits/vegetables at all .. 7. Transportation to /from hotel is so poor And the list is too long I never wrote a negative review.. but this is extremely case Do not go there, no matter what.

Stayed for 4 night with my 2 teenage sons between Christmas and New Year . Overall the hotel was excellent and in particular the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful . The room was spotlessly clean with a clean and fresh towels daily . Nothing was too much trouble for the staff . The fitness facilities are in an adjacent sports centre which provides a huge gym with first class equipment and a multi lane 25 m swimming pool and spa . We used this every day for nearly 2 hours and is perfect for a proper workout . Only small downsides were a lack of wardrobe space in the room and the buffet breakfast could be improved on . Be prepared to spend money on taxis into central Rome or time on public transport which worked for us but might not suit everyone.

Don't be fooled by the glossy picture of the manicured lawn with glittering swimming pool - this picture was taken YEARS ago. You'll be forced to wear a swimming cap if you want to enter the pool. Don't be fooled by the 'hotel shuttle bus' that takes you to Rome in 5 minutes as advertised on their website - IT DOESN'T EXIST. SAVE YOURSELF. Do not waste your money. You're essentially holidaying at a public gym that hasn't been refurbished since the 90s. This hotel WILL NOT suit you if you are a British holiday maker who likes the odd cocktail or beer by the pool, and enjoys meeting other like minded travellers at a hotel bar in the evening. Will NOT suit you if you enjoy lie ins on holiday and clean pools. Will NOT suit you if you want to visit Rome itself. Most disappointing hotel experience of my life! This hotel suits you if you are a health fanatic, who is happy to get up at 7 AM to have breakfast and doesn’t want to visit Rome. Suits you if you do not drink and you do not like a social atmosphere. Worst parts: x In the middle of a run down, graffiti ridden neighbourhood – don’t believe me, google earth it x Minimum 30 Euros cab from Rome centre x No shuttle bus even though its falsely advertised on their website x Have to wear a SWIMMING HAT if you want to enter the pool! So don't expect to take any hot selfies! The lifeguard will practically yell at you if you try and even dip your legs in the pool without a stupid looking swimming hat on. x Spa was closed my entire trip! Wouldn’t give me any form of a refund. x Breakfast finishes at 9.30am. Holidays are for lie-ins, not waking up early! x Not ONE English TV channel x Pool is filthy with yellow-stained tiles from years of wear and tear x Pool area on dry mud and patchy grass, swarming with mosquitos as hotel is surrounded by woods x No atmosphere at all - no bar or chill out area except for a gym café that is open to the public and has no real bar – just a few old dusty bottles of spirits on a shelf and refrigerated Heineken. Most people are health freaks and look judgingly if you buy a beer in the day (they don’t understand that people are on vacation) x Staff very rude unfriendly and barely speak English (with the exception of one or two staff members). They just say 'no' to everything you ask because they don't understand you x Cleaners don't knock, they just barge in x Gym building looks like it hasn’t been refurbished since the 90s x Have to walk a good 5 minutes from your room to get to the swimming pool as its in a separate gym building - gym is open to the public so you're essentially holidaying at a public gym Positives: - Room was very well air conditioned and cleaners do a great job - Very modern and tasteful hotel décor - Free minibar of soft drinks and water which the cleaner replenishes every day - Lovely comfy bed and pillows - Very nice bathroom very disappointing, complete rip off, some rude staff and in the middle of NO WHERE.

All Time Relais & Sport is obviously a place that has to make up for the location with quality. And it does that absolutely beautifully. The rooms, if not too big, are very nicely furnished, with plenty of travertine and glass. What I really liked was complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, replenished daily, and a very good selection of toiletries. When it comes to facilities, the hotel is paired with a full-fledged spa and gym facility, which although not exclusive to hotel guests, offers dozens of activities, many of which are included in the price for the room. Breakfast perhaps is not the brightest side of the stay, as it is simply in line with what you get all across Italy - although not purely continental, it's still really on the pastries / cereal side, and the savory / hot selection is rather disappointing. Nonetheless, all in all, the stay was pretty perfect, and extremely good value.

If you have ever sit in a sunny car that is not on and the windows are closed. The same effect you experience in this hotel, since absolutely no air circulation is happening inside the room. A terrible experience trying to sleep in such place. It was also quite surprising to notice how much dust was everywhere. Usually i find that in Italy every place inside seems very clean. The breakfast was a mystery since the "warm" items were cold and basically finished even there were dosens of people still coming in for breakfast and notifying the waitress and the chef who were standing in the room during the whole breakfast. The swimming pool was big, very basic but a nice experience for us. The gym in the other hand did not work at all.. Quite well equipped but absolutely so very chaotic 😳 No parking in the hotel. We would not return most likely.
