Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very clean and silent camping. Very good services, bathrooms and showers very clean. The only problem is with the overbooking. They tend to overbook, so one night (back from my trip in Rome) I found a motorhome in my pitch. I paid more to have a big pitch only for me, but, since there were no more available pitches for a new guest, they thought to let him park in my pitch. And he stayed there for two nights, because they didn't find a place for him. I was not refunded for this.

It is a beautiful place but at least 4-5 days of our stay we had no chance to sleep. In one case the electricity wasn't working, in other the door, in other case the central heating, in other case we had a guest: the cleaning lady got in th room without notice while we were sleeping shocked us and woke us up of course. The manager did his best to solve all the issues and was very supportive. All problems were resolved but we lost many valuable hours of sleep due to these incidents. The vending machines are often out of order and very expensive, so if you arrive late at night make sure you have some water and food because there's nothing (or very few that the recent didn't know) there after around 12 o'clock unless you walk to the centre. The supermarket closes all the time as well as the restaurant. The restaurant has good quality of coffee and food. We will never forget Lucas for his professionalism and excellent service. The distance to the city centre is long but walkable (on foot I think it is 2 hours approximately).

A very good budget stay. A bit far from the centre but we knew it. We used Uber to go to the centre most of the time as a family of 4 + 2 kids ( 1 in stroller) and was still much cheaper than staying at the city centre. Clean, good breakfast and just what we needed. A bit of a hill and quite a few steps to get to our room:-/

We went with 2 teenage kids. The cabin we rented was filthy, stains on blankets and walls, mould in the shower. Definitely not what the pictures suggest. We saw other cabins and maybe they are nicer but I would not risk going there ever again, especially with kids. Avoid, dirty caravans, service non existing. Located right next to a pick up spot for prostitutes so definitely not a family friendly zone....

Not very friendly for wheelchair users, but the accommodating was lovely, tranquil yet moved but with a open air vibe, the bed was awesome, shower had hot water at any time, lockbox was broken but had no issue leaving the expensive stuff at sight, the distance was kinda far from the main attractions, but public transportation was ideal, there’s a ATAC ticket machine by the reception so you can easily buy a metro card, there is a supermarket just by crossing the highway, I’d recommend it for low budget trips.

This is a large camping, glamping and hotel on the outskirts of the city of Rome. We staying in a room that is part of a duplex building. The rooms are clean but very spartan and no frills. It is comfortable and quiet. The onsite restaurant is good and convenient. The large very nice swimming pool is well maintained but a little cold in temperature. Be aware that going to see sights in Rome require a car or taxi from this location. The office check in site is helpful and Ester is very nice and gave us a lot of help with questions.

Loved staying there, they have everything you can need. A bit far from the city, however great price, with a bus station right outside and a supermarket and McDonalds across the street. The bungalov was nice and clean and they also have a pool and a restaurant.

We stayed in a deluxe bungalow, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was great in the 37 degree heat! The fridge was very small but big enough to hold water and a few beers. Top tip is to hire or take a travel kettle as well as some cups alway plastic plates and cutlery to make sandwiches etc in the room. The site is in a lovely setting once you are away from the main road. It is uphill from reception, access up a few flights of stairs. The pool area was great, lots of places to sit and find shade. It doesn’t open until 10am so you don’t have people holding sun beds from the crack of dawn. The lifeguard was brilliant, helped everyone to find somewhere to sit and kept the pool area really clean. All staff were helpful and friendly. The supermarket on site was ok but there is a large supermarket a 5 minute walk away over a bridge across the main road with lots of selection and where the bread was much fresher. We didn’t use public transport/ shuttles to get into Rome, but Ubered at an average cost of 18 euros each way, which took about 15mins and for 3 of us was not much more expensive than shuttling and much easier. The on-site restaurant was delicious and reasonable. The pool side bar offers hot snacks such as pizza, sandwiches, fries, burgers etc but is not open until 12 so the only option for food onsite until then was the buffet breakfast which wasn’t to our personal taste but was always very busy. There are alternative places to eat within walking distance including the famous fast food restaurant that feels wrong mentioning in a place like Rome! There was a live band on 2 of the 5 evenings we stayed which was good. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Hu Roma camping in Town is a great place for a family vacation. It has a big, clean pool with alot of chairs and umbrellas. Bring your own towel. There is a poolside bar with alot of options from pizza, sandwiches, ice cream, coffee and beer. You have to pay for it. There is a market on site. We bought bread, cold cuts and cheese and made sandwiches for lunch. They have fruit, water, beer, frozen foods, etc. Rooms are clean. Pillows are very flat. I put a towel underneath for more comfort. They give you little bars of soap and body wash. Air conditioning worked great. Showers were great. Mini fridge kepted the water cold. Very clean surrounding. Awesome restaurant. We ate there 3 times. Many different croissants to choose from in the morning. The breakfast buffet isn't that great. Not too many options. We would get a cappuccino and a hazelnut croissant at the coffee bar instead. So good! The room for 3 is small with the luggage in the room. I would definitely stay here again but I would get the bigger room for more space. It's very close to all attractions and you can park right in front of your cabin. It's awkward to get to if you are driving but after a couple of days we got used to it. They had fun party themed nights and a live band. So fun!
