Good things: Location, very close to termini. Me and my boyfriend also walked everywhere - to the colosseum etc. and it wasn't that long of a walk. A lot of nice restaurants nearby too. Air conditioning was a life saver. Tv in the rooms, although not really needed. Lovely staff and nice breakfast. Clean. Housekeeping staff were lovely and helpful....

Me and my partner stayed here for a week on our holiday to Rome. Firstly, there was no details on late check in. We unfortunately got delayed on our plane and got to Rome a few hours later than expected. We had no details on late check in and finally found a phone number deep in the website. However when...

I know it´s quite late to post a review regarding this place. (Trip Feb16-Mar16) My lovely wife and I went decided to stay at this place in order to save some money and actually take advantage of the majority of touristic and romantic spots from all over rome. Needless to say that this place exceeded our expectations, very clean, nice...

Only spent one night here but it had everything we needed. There was wifi in the rooms. The shower was really nice The room was very clean. The breakfast was self service and there was a range of food available. Would highly recommend staying here. It's right beside the termini station but it's on the fifth floor of a building...

63Group was all we needed. If you dont want something expensive is the right choice. 5 Minutes from Station Termini, very clean, very quite cause is on the 5th floor of an old building. If you want a place for a good sleep you go there. Actually when you are in Rome you have so many things to see that...

The staff is very welcoming, it is located very close to the train station and is a short walk to the Trevi fountain, colosseum, etc. Great value & good location for getting around. The neighborhood does not look the greatest, but there are throngs of tourists so it feels safe despite the graphiti throughout the immediate area.

This is really an apartment! It was less than five minutes from Termini station, very clean, with a large bed and a lovely breakfast that I was not, unfortunately, able to eat since I had to leave so early. Michaela was a wonderful host, putting me up at the last minute and having the room ready for me. I was...

Many have been said about the Termini area; avoid if it is possible. Obviously, for me, I needed the shortest walking distance between the airport bus and the accodomotion. I needed air-condition for a good night's sleep in the scorching Italian summer and a free good wifi. This B&B fit like a glove on the mentioned. What was a pleasant...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
