We stayed @ 1st floor for 3 nights. Michelangelo room is very nice, spacious and clean. Minor are the busy pubs right below the window. Isolation could help. But, we only experienced this in the weekend. Take earplugs when you plan to go to sleep before 02.30 am. Overall a nice hotel, friendly. Recommendation for gay travellers as this is...

My partner and I have stayed here three times now and absolutely love it... Andrea and the staff downstairs at coming out are very welcoming and welcome us back every time.. I have only to say this is the only hotel I would stay in when coming to Rome... Location amazing, staff fabulous, love it......

Friendly, comfortable and well worth the price are how we’d sum up the First Floor B&B. On arrival at First Floor we had a warm welcome from the owner, Piero, who showed us to our en-suite room which was brightly painted and spotlessly clean. The double bed was a pleasant surprise in comparison to the other European destinations we’ve visited...
