Location excellent and service friendly. Apartment was smaller than expected and not really somewhere you could spend too much time in. Having said that you are in Rome so most time is spent out anyway. Cleanliness was ok. No glasses in room which is a shame as would have been nice to pour drinks into. Hotel offers a discount for cash payment which was nice touch.

Without a doubt the best place to stay if in Rome. Perfect location right next to the Metro and easy walking to all sights. The room was spotlessly clean and big for Rome standards. Amenities were fantastic and the host was really helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and delivered straight to your room. If we return to Rome we wouldn't stay anywhere else. 5 stars plus.....

This is a small hotel in a great location (quieter area) close to Vatican City and also great restaurants and interesting, easy walks to other sites. Lovely room, comfortable and great bed, nice natural light and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again!

We (my daughter and I) have just returned from Rome Italy, we stayed here room 2 and I have to say it was fantastic, the room was a good size in a very Italian style apartment block, it was clean and the staff especially Nicoletta were superb, they were so obliging. The location is brilliant 10 minute walk from the Vatican and less from the Metro. If I were to go back to Rome I defiantly would stay here. Totally recommend this place. 😀

We stayed for 3 nights at the Best Vatican B&B in August 2019, and it was superb. We were sent all the information we needed to do the self-check-in beforehand, and it was easy to follow the instructions. The room was clean, tidy and bright with everything we needed, including complimentary fruit and water. There is also a well-stocked mini-bar which is reasonably priced. The location was superb; being close to the Ottaviano Metro stop meant we could get around the city quickly and easily. There were some great little cafes and restaurants around too, and never struggled to find somewhere to eat.

What a lovely place to stay so clean and tidy, room was lovely and large and had aircon which was brilliant to have as really hot in July. Fresh bottle of water left everyday and fresh fruit. Owner of hotel was there every morning and she couldn't have been more helpful and polite and also we had trouble with our pre booked taxi to take us back to airport and she rang another taxi company for us and it was with us within 4 mins so she was a life saver . Only a minor fault was instructions how to get to our room when we reached building rather than instructions over mobile when you ring number on buzzer it would be easier to follow instructions if was given over text or email before you go on holiday but we did get it sorted and it was a great place to stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.…

We stayed for 2 nights in mid December. We found the room to be very comfy with complimentary fruit and bottled water. A mini bar is provided at a very reasonable cost. The rooms are an average size for Rome and are only a 1 minute walk to the Metro, or 5 minutes to St Peters. The breakfast bar opposite was very nice with a great cappuccino. We had a late flight but Mrs Nicoletta arranged an extra key for us so we could pick up our cases later from the communal area where there is an Apple Mac with printer that is available for guests use. Highly recommended as very clean and great location.

Great B&B, very clean, quiet and in a great location. Breakfast served across the road. Owners friendly and helpful, we arranged pick up from the airport through the B&B and our driver was there waiting for us when we landed. Ten minute walk from the Vatican. Two minute walk to the nearest Metro. Everything in room you need, minibar, iron, towels, safe etc. Can’t find a hairdryer so bring one with you. A nice bowl of fruit and water on arrival. Highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay here again. 😀

We’re very happy with our room at the Best Vatican. Very comfy king size bed, super clean room which has maid service daily, great WiFi and other great facilities in room and in lounge including free air conditioning, mini bar, table and chairs, kettle, iron, bag of mini toiletries topped up daily, tv with DVD player, free slippers and a free safe! The location of the hotel is great for visiting the Vatican and is only 15 min walk to river Tiber. Bus stop and Metro station - Ottaviano just around corner and supermarkets next door and in next road. Breakfast - every day we were given a voucher for a little cafe across the road which was very lovely! Great croissants, orange juice and a selection of hot drinks and on Sunday we received a trolley to our right on with selection of toast, pastries, jams and tea and coffee. The hotel is very secure, on 3rd floor - you are given 3 keys for front entrance of building, front door of hotel and door to your room. Lounge - lounge area has a Mac computer, printer, sofa and coffee machine to use complimentary. …

We loved everything about this B&B: communication with staff was easy, they answered my queries quickly and throughly and the self check in instructions were great; location is fab, an 8-10 min walk from the airport shuttle bus stop and 2 mins to metro station so coliseum etc easily accessible and it’s so close to the Vatican and St Peters Basilica too. Loved the setting in a quaint old building but the b&b itself was very modern and well decorated, very “boutique”! Our room was a standard double but it had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. Breakfast is in the cafe across the road. Exceptional value too. A gem of a b&b!
