The hotel is situated 2 minutes by walk from the central station Termini. When you enter from the main door , the view is amazing, you can see a garden with a beautiful trees. The hotel seems extracted from an initial flat, it turned into rooms. The room was tiny but really nice, there is also the possibility to make a...

This price you can get a good place to stay which is close to Roma Termini and great breakfast. Room is clean and safe. Olga's a very good owner. She gave us a room with internal bahtroom instead of external bahtroom which we'd a booking.

Stayed here for three nights. All staff were so helpful and the rooms are spotless clean. Location is great for getting about and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. The local supermarket is great for getting water etc and cheap. Breakfast here is very nice and you can be sure of a lovely morning welcome from...

Great location near to train train station but on a nice street with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were large spotless and the price included air con, safe and tv. Our host Snra Olga was very pleasant and helpful and provided a varied breakfast.

This hotel is very close to Termini railway station (two blocks back). Rental car drop-off is also quite near but a bit tricky to find. If you press the street buzzer on the left side of the big street gate, Olga will come and guide you up through the quiet courtyard to the elevator to your door. Rooms are bright,...

Very easy to find from Central Statione. Easy walking distance. Nice restaurants in the same street. Olga (the owner) was waiting for us in the courtyard. a bit difficult to fit in the small elevator with big suitcases, but at least there is a lift. We had a nice room with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. It was lovely...

We only stayed here for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. Olga was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast had a good variety with yogurt, bread, etc. Our room was very small, but she told us that she gave us the small one since we were only there for one night, which I totally understood. The location...

Outstanding value for money off-season. We visited during a very wet weekend in February but our stay was brightened by Signora Olga's warm welcome each breakfast time. Even though Olga doesn't speak English, and our Italian is minimal we were made to feel welcome. In fact, it felt like breakfasting in her own dining room. Breakfast was self service, with...

This is our very first B&B!!! … and my goodness!! >> it turned out to be our best accommodation experience ever!!! .................... Because Italian cultures and its outgoing, warm and very friendly people coupled with its beautiful language prompted us to book at a B&B as opposed to a hotel so that we could really experience the splendid “Taste of...

This was a lovely B&B in a good location for sightseeing on foot (strong shoes recommended due to hills and cobblestones in Rome). The wi-fi was free and the connection good. Everything was clean and the room was quiet, although in a fairly busy area. An attractive courtyard which we could see from the small balcony. We recommend you get...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
