Property's Favourite Review
This is the most wonderful place in our favorite neighborhood, Trastevere. I have stayed here twice in 5 years and both times have enjoyed the charm and beauty of this very special home away from home. Ascanio and Luisa are the perfect hosts and tend to every detail with perfection. This is an artist's home and the privacy behind the gates is the most elegant surprise. The rooms are beautiful and quiet and the breakfast, in the lovely dining room, is the perfect start to a day in Rome.

We had a group of three couple's fill up the B&B and had such a wonderful time! Service was amazing, breakfast was wonderful, and you can't beat the location! Was a truly special stay. Very accommodating and wonderful to work with.

The beautiful terrace outside the "Chocolate Room" was very special and ensured a lovely stay. It meant that we had a special place to relax and read in the sun with the tourist bustle of Trastevere seeming miles away

Superb place, super nice room, great service, yummy breakfast, pleasant patio with lovely decoration, the location is quiet and charming, the owners gave us fantastic tips about restaurants. The prices of art decorating the wall are very original and of famous artists.

Wonderful room, the Rome Room. It has it's own private terrace which we used every day to relax and enjoy the perfect weather. The service was extraordinary. We left VERY early to get to the airport and our luggage was graciously brought down to the street to greet our taxi. The neighborhood is bustling but the B&B is far enough away from the action so we slept peacefully. We can't wait to be back.

We expected small, charming, European with personal service and that’s what we got. A wonderful stay in a great neighborhood. It’s quite popular with young people and the restaurants are hopping. We ate at one called Checco Er Carettiere and had a wonderful meal.

A wonderful stay. Buonanotte Garibaldi limits rentals to three rooms, giving a sense of privacy and exclusivity. On a couple of days, we were the only guests, and it was like having a private villa in Rome. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, but the best was hanging out in the common room and the patio. A large, bright central room (the house's spacious, modern living room) is filled with artwork and books. Two long couches are perfect for lounging. If you're a musician, ask to play the Steinway. The flower filled patio is perfect for coffee or a nightcap. Luisa, the owner, is an accomplished and talented fabric artist whose works grace the walls. Ascanio, the manager, is incredibly helpful and can manage anything for you during your visit. Ask for his restaurant list so you can enjoy top local cuisine and avoid the tourist places. Khanjana was always considerate and helpful. But (sorry, Luisa) our favorite was Noah, the lovable puppy. Buonanotte Garibaldi is an oasis of elegant tranquility, steps from the finest restaurants in Rome. We hope to visit again.…
