Great people, service, ac and wifi. We were on a EF tour and had a restful 2 night after having experienced a bad hotel in Sorrento. Wake up calls on time always. Great shower and water pressure. Some kids couldn't ge good wifi in their rooms, but the lobby has great wifi and the main rooms have great wifi as... More

I stayed one night in the beautiful Roman palazzo. The room was large and quiet, the windows looked out onto a courtyard. The front desk was very friendly and when I told at check out that I didn't had breakfast (which is included), I was asked if I - at least - wanted to have a coffee - which was... More

This boutique hotel is small but comfortable. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. It is a little bit outside of the city centre but close enough to the train station. The rooms were very large and had every item you could want. Breakfast was a little bit average but overall I would... More

Very good accommodation if you travel by train. Hotel is very close to Termini station, so it’s also good if you have to reach Fiumicino airport (there is a direct train). Public transportation in Rome is about 1,50 euros/ticket. With ticket you can use metro lines, buses, trams for 90 minutes. So starting from this hotel you can easily reach... More

This is a very good hotel, location was excellent - only 5 mins walk from Termini station. Very friendly staff with excellent language coverage of English. Really good value for money and I have no hesitation in returning. Room was large with clean and comfortable bed, free wifi and beautiful and clean bathroom. Good Italian style breakfast (cappuccino was delicious).

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighbourhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighbourhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
