Let me start off by saying I have traveled the world and spent timein third world nations. My wife and I ended our 12 day trip through Italy here. They do not tell you that the patio that overlooks the Trevi Fountain is closed on Sunday, it is. The smell from the bathroom was bad. We had to plug the...

Perfect location, easy walking distance from hotel to the popular tourist attractions. Breakfast overlooking the Trevi Fountain was wonderful - good food, lovely view, great waiters who really looked after us. (Thank you guys). Our room was close by the breakfast room - very roomy, comfortable and clean. No complaints at all about this hotel. Yes there are stairs to...

Hard to argue, the location was great - next to the Trevi Fountain. The rooms were good sized and clean. The only staff that didn't have a surly attitude were the waiters in the breakfast room. They were quite pleasant and breakfast was good. Everyone that we encountered at the front desk was just plain rude.

This a great place to stay. To sit and have breakfast looking down at TRevi fountain was magical. The staff were all you could ask for. It is about 10 min walk to Spanish steps, 20 min to PAntheon and about 45 min to Vatican. Must say Rome is a bit of a rip off,but you pay to see the...

Great location - stones throw from the Trevi Fountain and easily walkable to the train station and the Pantheon. The Colosseum is a little longer walk but not overly strenuous. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy however I would recommend getting a room at the back if you're a light sleeper as the street noise is rather loud -...

My mom and I stayed here for 1 night pre-cruise. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us maps, called taxis, hauled our bags up and down the (steep) steps, etc. The room had 2 twins pushed together and a weird 3rd bed in the corner. So technically I guess...

We stayed here for 4 nights in September and from the moment we checked in, we found the staff absolutely wonderful. The room was large, roomy and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and all toiletries were replenished daily. The tea and coffee also were replenished daily. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Fruit, cereal, croissants, cheeses, ham,...

We stayed here as a party of 3 adults in September and we were disappointed to find we were in a room in the annex, just up the road from the hotel main building. We did ask to move, but this would have incurred extra cost which we decided not to pay as we could already see that we had...

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.

Welcome to the Relais Trevi Fountain RomeWelcome to the Relais Trevi Fountain in the historical centre of Rome, the ideal accommodation for an unforgettable romantic break in one of the world’s oldest and most spellbinding cities. Our luxury rooms & suites in the historical centre of Rome has undergone recent refurbishment to make it an immaculate yet personable accommodation in which you can set your mind at ease and make the most out of the cityThe Trevi FountainOne of Rome’s most popular landmarks and probably the most famous fountain in the world, the stunning Fontana di Trevi was immortalised in the 1960 classic Fellini film La Dolce Vita, starring Marcello Mastroianni and Anita Ekberg - who famously frolics in the fountain on a balmy Roman night. Needless to say, frolicking in the fountain today will probably land you with a hefty fine to pay, but if you can resist diving in, this beautiful Renaissance masterpiece is generally regarded as one of Rome’s most romantic spots. Our LocationTaking our name from the fountain, which is just a few metres away from the entrance to our luxury rooms & suites, the Relais Fontana di Trevi puts guests deep in the cobble-stoned heart of renaissance Rome, with other landmarks such as the Spanish Steps and Piazza Barberini within easy walking distance. ... more   less
