It is the perfect b&b to stay when going to Rome. It is just steps away from Termini and close to all attractions. You can go to anywhere by walk. Excellent service. It feels as if you are at home. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had access to it 24 hrs. Will go there over and over again.
Thank you for a great start to our Italian Road Trip! Friendly and kind staff, so much information to help our journey and keep us safe. Excellent WiFi, comfortable bed and great food. Thank you, we will return!
super clean, super cozy ,super friendly!! We stayed 4 nights, lovely small place with 3 rooms, we absolutely adore the host, she is amazingly friendly and funny , the room was extremely clean, everyday. Breakfast is simple, but nice .. like eating at your home +termini station is 1 minute away .!! ciao
Very nice and cosy b&b! we stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was lovely, the room was clean and big. The location is right by the termini so it is convenient. We recommend it!
Stayed early October 2015 for 5 days and we were very pleased. Felt very secure. Giovanni and his wife manage the B&B and did a great job of making us feel welcomed and were always available. Hotel reminded us of an old New York apartment that is clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a building elevator that is shared with the residents. All three 3 rooms are located on the third floor while the reception desk is on the first floor. There is excellent WIFI connectivity. There are no phones in the individual rooms, but there is one in the common area to call Giovanni on the first floor. We had 2 beds pushed together, good size and firm. There is a cabinet with extra blankets but you may need to ask for some fresh ones. Our room was the perfect temperature and airy with high ceilings and plenty of room for 2 suitcases. The bathroom steps up from the bedroom and is tight with a bidet but yet manageable. The shower is probably 2’ x 3’ in size so not ideal for an obese person. I recommend Walmart flip flops when showering. I loved the large medicine cabinet with plenty of shelves for toiletries. Hotel is directly across the street from the train station. Street facing train station is shady with vagrants but there are lots of police officers on the street so never felt unsafe. Be sure to note the correct escalator exit when leaving the train station at night or you may end up on the other end of the street which is not so safe. The street behind the hotel is worth checking out during the day. Seemed very clean with outdoor vendors, outdoor restaurants and 2 great shoe stores where the average price is 35 euros – cash only though. There is also an archeological site directly around the corner located at the Cultural Architectural Association building. We enjoyed our stay very much and intend to return. Room #1: Didn’t see Room #2: Yellow, small sized room in-between rooms #1 and #3. Room #3: Red, large sized, corner room, 2 windows for cross ventilation. You can’t hear neighbors between rooms but room shares common wall, behind the bed, with the kitchen and TV. Sleeping in may be difficult as you may hear the morning breakfast group. Our time however was very quiet. If you choose to have breakfast, Giovanni will come up and set up breakfast. Breakfast includes orange drink, coffee, toast and prepackaged sweets, or you can opt out. Guests are also welcome to cook their own meals. There are grocery stores around the corner. There is also a nearby laundromat.…
