With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighbourhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.

Situated mid way between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, this is a great hotel for your stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful and nothing is too much for them. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel as a whole is lovely.

One night my wife was feeling sick and we decided to have dinner at the hotel. At the concierge I was informed that the food was made by an external restaurant, and I decided to go out to buy it myself. I bought 2 paninis and a half bottle of wine (for me), and ordered a glass

Dear Mr. Roberto A, We are very sorry that any mix up has lead to an unfavorable opinion of our hotel. We always do our best to ensure the maximum comfort for all our guests, from the beginning until the end of each stay with us. We would like to clarify with you that the room service is provided by one of our kitchens. Regarding the glass, normally is not permitted to use glasses or cutlery of our restaurant for external food use. But we think an exception could be made... Apologize. We would like to inform you that in any case, every room provides two glasses (no plastic) on the shelf of the minibar, totally free of charge. We made them available to give the possibility to use glass and not just plastic, in the room and without asking to the staff. Our apologies once more that your holiday was not as you had believed it would turn out, and can only hope that our explanation has changed your opinion of our actions in some way. However, the score given seems exaggeratedly low for what happened. Best Regards, Federica Zaino Front Office Manager

Dear Guest, Let us first thank you for choosing Palazzo Navona Hotel. As told you over the phone and e-mail, the Hotel can not be held responsible for a customer mistake in regarding booking policy. However, understanding the situation, we are offering you the possibility to change the dates of booking or use the amount already charged as a credit for a future stay to spend within this year, upon availability. It seems a little unfair the fact of having put such a low score on TripAdvisor, without waiting our assistance and high flexibility to modify your reservation. We remain at your complete disposal and we hope to meet you and welcome you on June! Best Regards,

How far to airport (Camp)? Are there bus/rail links from airport to hotel?
Yes you can use the bus or train but the easiest way is to take a taxi. You would still need to get from the railway station to the hotel and a taxi saves a lot of hassle. We always prebook a car and the driver is waiting when we arrive. It takes about half an hour to forty minutes depending on the traffic.
