It was a pleasant stay in the very heart of Rome, just couple of minutes away from fountain de Trevi. This B&B is a very good value for money. The room is not too big but has everything you need. The whole place was spotless and the poached eggs with bacon for breakfast were delicious. But the best part of this place was it's manager Raluca, who runs the whole place completely on her own. She is very friendly, hard working and has a good sense of humor. We felt very welcomed and looked after. Thank you very much Raluca!
It was really central and meant that we could walk to many of the key attractions. It was well connected to public transport. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The shower was great and the beauty products supplied of high quality. We loved the touch of the complimentary slippers too. The concierge was reallydelightful and funny and always gave us a lift for our day out exploring. The breakfast was very varied and lovely and fresh. You could also have a cooked breakfast of your choice if you so wished. It filled us up for the day, meaning we only ever had to have one other meal a day. I'd definitely recommend for another visit to Rome.
What a fantastic place to stay. The Trevi fountain on your doorstep with the Spanish Steps 10 mins walk away and the other attractions only 20 mins walk. The rooms were fabulous and Raluca cannot do enough for you - nothing is too much trouble. This was my first time in Rome and thanks to the location and Raluca i will treasure my stay forever. As first time visitors we researched thoroughly where to stay. We are so pleased we chose Domus Trevi. The location is ideal. We recommend getting transportation from the metro to the hotel rather than carrying luggage. Every morning we took a five minute walk to see the beautiful Trevi Fountain. Major sights were easily visited with convenient access to the Metro. The best part of the stay was our wonderful host, Raluca. She was in touch with us before our arrival and during our trip she asked us great questions to see how she could best help us enjoy the eternal city. We are grateful for her advice. We highly recommend the Domus Trevi and look forward to an opportunity to stay there again!
Raluca came and fetched us from the streets of Rome and brought us into Domus Trevi. We booked one night as we needed to stay before our train ride to Sperlonga. Great for a centrally located B&B. Very small room and extremely small shower. We could not bend down to wash ourselves. But overall very nice, nice bedding and good breakfast offerings in the morning. For a short stay this is good.
