The staff were very helpful when I arrived, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The room was beautifully serviced each day. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and courteous. A good place to say.

Dear Guest, in the first place we would like to thank you for having spent some minutes of your time to wright your opinion. As you propperly underlined, we are not far from the Vatican but at the same time not in the heart of the city confusion, with shops and various services nearby. For the next time you would...

This is a quite hotel close to Vatican and is popular with older tourists. It is clean and the rooms are spacious. Free wi-fi. Breakfast was average and the area gets a bit crowded during that time. I would suggest this hotel if you are visiting Vatican only as the city of Rome is a bit far off. It is...

On a positive note - Staff are friendly and helpful. In terms of the hotel and facilities, this hotel does not meet 4 star standard in my opinion, compared to many other 4 star hotels I have had the pleasure staying. I stayed in a superior double room for 3 nights, costing €700.00. Rooms are very small and interiors very...

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour for a couple of nights. Very comfortable room and beds, super quiet as well, which really helps in trying to recover from jet lag. Mini bar, tv, nice shower/bath, didn't see an iron though, not sure if you have to ask for one. The quietness of the hotel was a big...

A good looking hotel BUT beware. As part of a party we were disappointed by the food and service. The food was cold to lukewarm, served grudgingly in what was the conference room. The fact that we only wanted water with our meals was not appreciated either. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

We stayed in a twin room with 2 very comfortable queen sized beds. As with most european hotels, the shower is over the bath. Safe in the room, as well as tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board. Fabulous selection at breakfast and a lovely restaurant with a piano bar. The swimming pool is a great place to...

This hotel is surprisingly poor considering the number of Americans who stay here. The rooms are very tired and the staff are surly and un-helpful. The food we were given was very poor. I could have knocked it up in 10 mins with some dried pasta and a jar of pasta sauce.

Our room overlooked a concrete wall and we were disturbed early morning by arrival of delivery lorries. Our evening meal was served lukewarm on cold plates. Not a place we would go back to again. Breakfast was OK
