Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Interesting place, basically a converted apartment. Host meets you when you arrive once you WhatsApp him and let’s you in. Try to make you pay in cash but I insisted on card and it was ok. Room smelt awful and it seemed to be coming from the bathroom. Had a stunning vaulted ceiling but the smell was barely bearable. Also could hear a ton of noise from other rooms all the time :/

The ‘hotel’ itself was a little difficult to find. There is no front desk and they have you text them your arrival time to meet you there. Alasan met us on the street to let us into what was basically an apartment they made into three or four hotel rooms. The room was very clean, Alasan was very helpful and friendly. We were a very short walk to the Colosseum, Metro station and a variety of restaurants. The room was a little small, but by Europe standards, normal. Great price, close to many, many sites and great places to eat.

Close to Termini station, to Coliseum, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all necessary accommodations. If you are staying for a few days and plan to see the ancient sights Rome has to offer, this is a great option.

Everything about this place was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, cozy, modern, quite, bright and it had everything I needed. It is also very well located - a walking distance to Termini and to a lot of major attractions of Rome (Colosseum is just minutes away). This B&B is a very fortunate discovery and a great value for the price. Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful. He knew a lot about Rome and could answer all of my touristy questions. A very pleasant person to deal with! Overall, I think I got very lucky with this stay! Couldn't wish for a better accommodations. Oh and if you decide to stay here, don't forget to have some legendary gelato from Gelateria Fassi just a few minutes away. You can thank me later ;)

After another property fell through I called Alessandro very late. He was off way off property but without hesitation came and opened up his inn for me and check me in for a night. Clean bright room with exposed brick-vaulted ceiling was absolutely perfect. The combination of Alessandro's service and the better than nice accommodation was a home run! Grazie, Ale and Eleven Rome!

We stayed here for two nights, but we actually arrived late due to delay of our transport, therefore we lost one night. However, they actually gave us a discount and also the check-in was really flexible. The room is a few streets from Trimini station. It is clean and the bed is really comfortable, so we slept perfectly. Only the last night we had a bit noisy neighbors. Still, a really good place and a decent price.

There's nothing not to like. The rooms are clean and cool. The bathroom and facilities are great. Easy access to the room after a long days sightseeing. Fantastic location and a lovely friendly bar around the corner, 081 Cafe. Alessandro was a pleasure to deal with Will definitely use this as my base whenever I visit in future.

Small room but has everything you need. Private bathroom with shower and toilet, good bed, safe. The room is cleaned everyday. It's situated on quite quiet street and close to Termini station and Colosseum. Bad soundproofing. It didn't didn't disturb us much, but if your neighbours are noisy, you can have problem with sleep.
