Basic hotel but great position for exploring the area. The staff were extremely polite and caring. Could not fault the service. Urbino itself is amazing and so much history and culture. Even found a handbag factory with great discounted prices. Not far to travel to Rimini or the coastline or you can even explore the hillside roads but be careful...

A quiet friendly hotel with helpful staff, good room, marvelous views over the countryside and a good restaurant. Urbino is a easy drive or a short bus ride from the gate, although the last bus is quite early so you may need a taxi back in the evening. Strongly recommended if you are visiting the area with a car

The hotel is nice. Good size room, everything is clean and comfortable. The view from the Windows is perfect. The restaurant is good . and the breakfast is rich and tasty. The only thing that made it bit hard is that the staff (exept receptionist) doesn't speaks English at all. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

My personal experience here was good, service and people, working there, are very kind and available to meet your request. The structure The hotel is quite new, rooms quite comfortable and pool just close to the building. Green around and a strategic position in between Pesaro and Urbino! Issues 1) Mattress, at least in our room, wasn't very comfortable. 2)...

I spent two nights here to facilitate going to Rossini festival in Pesaro. (half hours drive away). Was very sorry i didn't Base myself here as was FAR better than similarly priced accommodation in Pesaro. The breakfast was good, round clean and functional. Hotel had a nice family ambience. The only thing about here is you really do need a...

As we wrongly thought we could manage the splendid little city of Urbino in one day, we only booked one night in this place, about ten kms away from town. We were wrong on both: Urbino and its surroundings will take you more than one day to fully enjoy its places of interest and Streets AND La Meridiana is a...

Very nice people here and went out of their way to make our stay nice. Rooms are clean, albeit a little bit of throwback to the 70's. We had a great view out the front of the hotel. It's more of a family, group stay place. This is a good value if you're wanting to be out and about spending...

Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheap basic hotel - it was fine and the manager and staff were very helpful and friendly - my wife has to have a gluten free diet and nothing was too much trouble for them - they provided special bread and pasta and biscuits and we enjoyed the breakfasts in...

I've stayed at Meridiana many times and always come back because it is a place where you can feel totally relaxed and at home. The staff cannot do too much to make your stay memorable. The town of Urbino is only a short bus/taxi ride away if you fancy a change from eating at the hotel, but the food here...

I stayed at La Meridiana for 10 days while attending a summer school at the University in Urbino and had a wonderful time. the hotel is beautifully situated with stunning views over the countryside and into Urbino where you can easily see the Ducal Palace in sillouette. The weather was very hot so the hotel's big pool was a wonderful...
