We stayed at the hotel Regina for 3 nights. Positive is the very central location and the quietness of the room. The rooms definitely need some renovation. The shower was a little box of less than 60 by 60 cm. Value for money is good....More

Shower screen which didn't close nor did it drain adequately so it was a quick 90 second shower before the basin filled up
The carpet was once pink however is now closer to a dark grey
Great location easily accessible from the train station and the historic city center.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The rooms could use an update, especially the carpet.
This hotel dies not warrant 3 stars. The carpets are dirty & marked & room very poorly decorated-paper was peeling off the wall & dirty- with no tea/coffee making facilities.
I asked to move rooms but the new one was as in bad repair.
The hotel has an air of faded grandeur and the day staff have iffy English (my Italian is OK though so this wasn't an issue and the night staff spoke excellent English) but that is the only negative thing I'm going to say. The hotel...More

My overall advice is pay a bit more per night and stay somewhere else, this hotel is overrated, badly decorated and a complete hellhole!! It was the worst place I have ever stayed in worldwide.
