The rooms are nothing special, but the price is low, the location is fantastic. 8 min walk to either the Duomo or Torre, or the train station. Right near great restaurants and the University bars and clubs. Super nice staff are very helpful and happy 24/7. Our room on the top floor had commanding views of Bologna, it was fantastic.... For a hotel in one of Italy's wealthiest cities, this budget property represents good value-for-money. Great location between the historic center and train/bus station, friendly and helpful staff, free WiFi, a/c, and a generous breakfast with barista service. Rooms have dated furniture and small bathrooms (although no worse than a bathroom in London or Paris), but are clean and comfortable... More

Feb, 2015. one night spent. Single room. Very small room with smallest bathroom ever!!! I am a thin person, but only just fitted in bathroom. Strange!! The design and furniture are old. So it is not comfortable , avarage clean. Otherside the location is perfect , and the Receptionist man was very friendly. But no more times.

We stayed here four nights, the rooms are simple and well looked after. The bathrooms are not big. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is copious. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There are negative comments among the reviews, I had no experiences like that, quite the contrary so I wonder if the were written by disgruntled competitors. The... More

It's quite old hotel but located right in the middle of the busy district and even is traffic restricted, within walking distance to main attractions of Bologna, the twin tower, fountain and piazza maggiore. The room is single room but well spaced but just the old smelly and can be solved with opening window.

The hotel is located in the center of Bologna, just a couple minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. It's clean and quiet, with a friendly and helpful staff. WiFi works great, breakfast is a nice choice of tasty stuff. The hotel doesn't offer any parking, but the staff will inform you that you can park in Zona Traffico Limitato during your... More

There are two things I liked only during my stay at this hotel: 1. Customer service - guys at reception always keep smiling and ready to help! 2. Breakfast - nothing special with it actually, as I couldn't remember was there anything special in)), - was not indeed, just a simple breakfast..., still wasn't a big disappointment due to its...
