With it being in a city our hopes we’re not placed too high. So what a pleasure to find it easily, park right outside and offload luggage. The actual overnight parking was next door.
The staff were extremely helpful.
But the cherry on the cake was the room. We just booked a regular double but it was like a suite.
It was during the heatwave but the air conditioning was tip top and quiet.
The restaurant was closed that evening but we were directed too an Italian a two minute walk away, which too was excellent and very reasonable for a big city.

The hotel offered the perfect location for us in the centre of Parma, giving easy walking access to everything. The cleanliness of the hotels was spotless, with the rooms being very comfortable and very well maintained. The Reception offered stand out service, with reception replying quickly to my pre-holiday emails and on arrival Elisa offered exceptional service throughout, very friendly, very personable and gave great advice from restaurants to the best coffee stops, all of which we followed, they were very good. I think this personal service is your best feature..
Our stay was 13-15 Sep 2021 in room 555.

What a pleasant stay we had here, in Parma. We only planned 1.5 days so we wanted to be walking distance from the Parma central train station. This hotel was 10 minutes walk TOPs from the station. The road is a little bumpy so I would caution hauling a large suitcase if you don’t have the strength to muscle it over the uneven stone. Once you enter the hotel you are surprised it’s beauty and the woodwork all around you. Breakfast was a another super treat with a large variety of foods - fruits, meats, eggs, pancakes, pastries, etc. the staff was super kind and super helpful. Near there, and around the corner is a fantastic restaurant I would recommend, Ristorante La Greppia, just fantastic! .

Good location. Parking next door. That’s probably all. Very tired rooms. Seems that you are back into 80’s-90’s of the XX century - old furniture, old dirty curtains, old windows with minimal soundproofing, walls painted in different colours. Basic breakfast. Staff Ok but without any willingness to help.

Great location, relatively quiet and close to monuments, museums and shopping. The front desk people were helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but clean. The breakfast very good, offering something for everyone. The only negative was that the rooms (ours and others we traveled with on tour) were stuffy with little air flow.

Nice rooms however wifi was rubbish, would not work kept logging me out and when logged on didn’t work. Reception staff unfriendly, ignored us. Not usual Italy! Breakfast staff seemed nice I wouldn’t stay here again. Bathroom tiny and water literally dripped out of nossle. Please train your staff to have some social skills and learn how to be a little more welcoming.

Air conditioning does not work. We tried 5 different rooms and had a terrible night sleep. The “compensation” offered was 4 drinks from the mini bar. We declined as it’s an insult. Generally tired. Decor is old fashioned. Breakfast is OK. At the low end of acceptable. There is also some inappropriate artwork of naked children. This is not acceptable.

Great location, easy to walk to many good restaurants, near many museums and theatres and plenty of shopping. The rooms were spacious, some more so than others. With different furniture and bathroom configuration in different rooms. The rooms were clean. There was a mini fridge but no coffee set up. Breakfast buffet was varied and extensive. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurant recommendations. We were celebrating a birthday and staff offered a surprise in room that never appeared. Also we were told they made a reservation for us that the restaurant did not have. A bit of a bummer. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel at an amazing location, in the heart of Parma. The rooms though are rather dated and seem to be poorly maintained. Our aircon could only be switched off by the reception and the water in the shower wouldn't drain properly.

Great location, very walkable from the train station. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Staff was so-so, they weren't as friendly here as other places we had stayed in Italy. Breakfast staff was very helpful though.
The room was ok, small and functional. the bed was odd and low to the ground, but it was very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.
