We had a pleasent stay in this hotel, with our 2 children (11y + 8y).
Location is a bit outside of the center, but this is ok, if you don't want to stay in the center and have a car.
Friendly people, good breakfast, enough parking possibility at this hote
Only the space, in the room, for 4 persons was a bit small.
Otherwise everything was ok.

This hotel is located about 20 minutes away from Parma's center by foot. Since it offers free parking it is a good option for those looking to visit lovely Parma.
The downside is that there is not a lot to do in the vicinity of the hotel itself.

Good room, clean and with all space you need. The fourniture are modern. Breakfast safe and various. Free car parking. The pool was open but I didn't use it. The check in and check out had safe protocol.

Stayed for 2 very uncomfortable nights. Not only was the breeze coming from ‘air con’ unit slight, but there were hot water pipes running under the room. It was like a sauna at times even though it was cool outside. We had to have the patio doors open at all times. The pool was nice though. It was a bit out of town although this was intentional for me as I had a car and they offered free parking. The whole hotel lacked attention to detail. Avoid room 207.

You can stay here overnight, but you don't have to.
The location is between bad and good, something in the middle.
The balconies are not bad, I have never seen such a high parapet. So small children can play here without any danger.
You can't see them in either, but the balcony looks more like a prison courtyard than a balcony, due to the high walls.
The beds are good, the pillows too, the service is ok.

We came for two nights over the weekend on our trip to the Adriatic Sea.

Our room 205 had a balcony which was great for our small dog.

All service personnel was very friendly and helpful.

A small pool and larger breakfast selection made our stay comfortable.

Plenty and free parking available in front and around the hotel.

Parma was to be a one night stop on our way to Ravenna so we were not particularly picky about our hotel though as we were travelling with our two small kids (4 and 2), the room would have to be a family room. Which is why we picked the BW. The photos available for its family room are accurate in that yes it does look like that, just not as clean and undamaged. We will not be staying here again for the following reasons - The room had not been cleaned properly at all after the last guest left - 3 empty water bottles under the double bed, the previous guests papers regarding their booking still at the telephone, dust and soap scum on the metal tissue box in the bathroom, extremely smelly shower curtain. I don't expect much for a one night cheapish stay but basic cleanliness is really non negotiable. The balcony door was practically impossible to open and then, once that was managed, required a good slam to close. I heard that same noise several times during our short stay so I think the balcony problem was a common one. The aircon barely functioned, with it making alarming rattling noises if you tried to coax a little more out of it. We were unable to turn off the main room light without sticking a rolled up brochure into part of it. There were brochures advertising a special coffee capsule for guests in the room etc etc. Turned out after some investigating that they'd forgotten to give us a kettle. I just wanted a kettle to be able to make up some warm milk for my toddler, never mind the fancy coffee capsules. Breakfast was fine, nothing special.

We stay here quite often when traveling to Rome as Parma is mid-way on our journey. What we like about this hotel is that it is clean, the staff is friendly, there is easy parking for the car, room is comfortable, free wifi, the breakfast is good and it's easy to access the highway. All for the fine price of EURO 115 for the four of us. The two dogs stay for free. If you are planning on visiting Parma without a car, this is not the right hotel for you as it is on the outskirts of the town. But if you have a car, there are several public parking lots in town so driving in is not a hassle. Compared with Italian hotels in general, where you're never quite sure what you'll get, this hotel meets expectations.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the rundown city of Parma. Hotel is best described as an overpriced stopover.
Pros:
Friendly staff.
Good breakfast.
Small bed was set up for our 3 year-old before we arrived.
Cons:
Our shower curtain smelled strongly of mildew once it became wet.
Balcony was a solid concrete wall at chest-height.
When we tried to go for a late-morning swim, we were told that the pool didn't open until 11am, but not long after we were denied access, we spotted a couple swimming!
Air conditioning unit was old and inadequate.
