The location of the the hotel is excellent. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station where the No. 6 bus from the airport will drop you. It is on the perimeter of the historic centre and most of the the locations you will want to visit are within walking distance. The hotel has clearly been totally refurbished recently... More

The hotel was in a great location near the train station and not far from town. It was clean and comfortable. Negative points, room had a bad smell like stale cigarette smoke and the breakfast was probably the poorest I had in Italy. No parma ham at breakfast in parma was a surprise considering it was everywhere else we stayed!

Slightly surprised it was a four star hotel. Very clean and neat inside, and good location, but service and facilities below expected. Safely, our room overlooked a street that apparently housed an all-night recycling/bottle-bank area that was too noisy to leave the window open. Breakfast quite disappointing and awful coffee. Not particularly good value given the above.

A ten minute walk from the train station and same distance to the city center. RIght on busy commercial street with lots of shops and cafes nearby. Totally renovated inside in tasteful, modern design. Comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. Good size breakfast buffet.

Good choice: fairly well located, clean, good service, good breakfast, very good shower in a comfortable bathroom, with all facilities provided. All in all, worth the money, in a beautiful, lively city.

Start positive : good location in the centre. That's it for the positive. Rooms are small and there are lots of things broken. Airco is poor and stopped working several times and I had to go to reception where they switched it back on (go figure). Room smelled bad. Breakfast so and so, service there unfriendly. Worst thing : I... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights in Parma towards the end of our holiday. I was very pleased with the hotel as a whole. The whole place was very clean and modern. Our room, which was an economy one, was a fair size and perfect for our needs. The bathroom was of generous proportions too and the minibar... More

The hotel is in a great location in Parma and approx. 300 metres from a car park. My room was for single occupancy and was very clean as was the ensuite. It was at the back of the hotel and had little natural light. The wi-fi did not work in most of the room and where it did work it... More

Location was great, just in the center, but not far from the train station. Everything is near. Not the most hospitable service, but o.k. Good breakfast. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Wasn't too pricey.

My room was very small with a window looking into a stone well, so, no natural light during the day. The breakfast was ok, but not for a 4 star hotel, and the person at the reception was not friendly at all
