Charming couple owning this hotel. Actually it's very cheap. We get a room with 3 beds for 20€. Toilets and showers was not included but was just outside our door. Tv included but no fun even that the confirmation said so. We charge extra for that but when it's very hot you need to open the window. Bad idea in...

I went with a bunch of American students of mine and I must say the impression is that of a hostel. The students were put into rooms with as many as 6 people altogether though the bathrooms are very small and there is always a queen bed where two students are forced to sleep together. Plenty of bunk beds. Breakfast...

Very nice place. Calm and clean. Perfect for families and people who arrived to Rimini for fun. Close to big market and sea. Simple but good breakfast. And owners who are very polite and helpful. For this price it's very good deal. For sure we will come back in future. 10/10

Rooms are clean and price is really cheap, not even as a 1 star hotel but then we kinda understood why. The owner is crazy snd scary, he changes personality and behaviour every day. He treated us bad. Never going back there again!!!!

We were 7 people at this hotel. When we arrived the check in was really long (40min). The rooms were very small, in the "bathroom", the shower was just over the toilets without separation... We spent 5 days, the towels and the sheet were not change. The worst was the staff of the hotel. They were really cold and they...

We were staying in this ***-Hotel for 3 nights. Compared to other hotels with 3 stars it's very simple and not really worth its stars. We wrote a mail, telling them our time of arrival and they said it would be ok...arriving there, the check-in lastet about half an hour because it would not be the time of checkin now...

Thought it was closer to Rimini's main station but is on the other side of the railway so had quite a long walk with the luggage. Close if pass from a small park nearby. However, it is close to beach and main square where buses for s.marino leave. Quite modern room with nice balcony for a relaxing drink and to...

Its really small and hard to find. You have to pay all nights in advance so you cant leave before. Rooms are small, twin beds are 1 big bed, 3rd and 4th beds are a really uncomfortable dunk bed sofa. There is no air conditioner

Do not spend your time and your money for this hotel. Sometimes hostels are much more impressive than this hut. There was a disgusting smell in room; towel changing means that you will never see it again. All services even breakfast you should pay additionally. Such ordinary thing as wi-fi also has to be paid extra for every day. It...
