Somehow this hotel has free cancellation on booking.com, but not hotels.com. Unfortunately I used the latter and the hotel would not allow me to cancel. When I arrived (mid June 2016), I discovered that the room price would be cheaper had we simply walked in. Very basic and small room just like a cheap vacation house. Close to train station...

We stayed 3 nights here and wished we had a week. It is a great location close to the water. There are only a few steps or there are slopes to get to it. The rooms were clean and comfy. When the tourists leave at night it is lovely and peaceful. Sitting on our balcony with a cuppa. Perfect. ....

We lucked out on this one! We are seniors and my wife has major knee problems. In an area where it is common to have to climb long, steep streets and then 50 or more stairs, this one is awesome! OK. there are a couple of short steep streets from the train station, but only ONE step at the front...

I wanted to visit all 5 Terrer for 2 days so I decided to stay Ca' de Baran. This location is very close to the station and convenient to many restaurants in town. Although they don't accept credit card because the rate is reasonable and I felt they wanted all guests to have good and enjoyable time while being there....

My friend and I wanted to celebrate our 65th birthday with a trip that would have beautiful scenery, art, opportunities for hiking, and, of course, great food! So, we started our journey at the little village of Manarola in the Cinque Terre. These are five little villages on the the Italian coast just south of Milano. They are one of...

We stayed here in April 2015 and were disappointed. The place itself is dingy. It has the minimal basics, it worked for us because we're pretty laid back but definitely needs an update. Nice location and nice view from the balcony. Inside it is dark and dated, not a place you would want to spend time. Not enough towels were...

Excellent location. It is one of the nearest accommodation to manarola train station. Within 5 mins walk, u can take a photo of the iconic backdrop of Cinque Terre. However, we found the room lock could have been of better quality. But perhaps, this area is safe enough that you do not need a good lock in the first place.

Lorenza was such an amazing host!!! She gave us all the information you can imagine. The room wich we stayed in was lovely. Was the one in the back. Very silent and clean. The smell was great!!! We really enjoyed our stay here. The bad thing was the shower wich was going cold all the time. In 3 nights I...

Cheap, clean basic rooms, conveniently located a 5min walk to the Manarola train stop. we stayed for a few nights, had to switch rooms after one night (due to a booking issue, which was no big deal) and found both were comfortable and served the purpose. Manarola itself is rather small, but there is a decent number of eateries and...

Manarola has the best view in my opinion in Cinque Terra and is quiter than Monterosso. This place is in a great location and fairly easy to get to from the train station 3 minute walk so you don't have to lug your suitcases around very far as compared to other places. The rooms are basic but for us being...
