I stayed at La Casa di Venere with my parents for 2 nights in October 2016. The room was clean and looked like it did on the website. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. We stayed in room number 4 (the room thats pictured on the website). If you're looking for a nice view... More

We did not know what to expect in Cinque Terre, or much less Riomaggiore. When we arrived to the beautiful hidden gem on the ocean cliff edge, we were very excited about our 3 day stay there. However, it took more than 45 minutes to locate La Casa di Venere, as the directions emailed to us said to go "Right",... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in August! It was only a 5/10 minute from the train station! The people running it were in contact with us to see what time we would arrive! We were allowed to put our bags in early so we could look around town whilst our room was still being prepared! This place is in... More

The room was clean and perfect for our trip. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Very basic room but all worked well. The bathroom is large with great water pressure (important after hiking). Great air-conditioning and wifi. The room is a few minutes walk to the train station. There are restaurants and bars nearby as is the tourist boat.

It was terrible service , if you don't want to waste your money, you should avoid this hotel. They didn't give proper information and then charged. Although they have a problem, they don't apologize. Very disappointed.

I reserved a room here from 7th - 9th September 2015 through Expedia. I presumed this meant I had a room saved for me. However, when i arrived I was told the owner had let my room go. Management response:

Unfortunately our guest has booked as early as a year before and even though she was contacted several times, through email, phone, and even through the booking engine she used to carry out her booking, since approximately a week before her arrival date, she never responded to any of them. Not even when the booking site (Expedia) tried to contact... More

Cheap and nice room. AC, nice bed and good bathroom. It's got what you need to clean up between wine and sightseeing. Easy access thru the charming and narrow streets, but no view from the windows. Lovely helpful staff, and charming "reception" in the towns eco-food shop.
