We rent a room with the most amazing view over the town and the ocean. They have a terrace on top and that is the highlight of the place, spend the afternoon there watching the sunset, having a glass of wine. Vernazza has many shops to buy prosciutto, cheese and many delicacies. We did the hike Vernazza Monterosso and was...

This is very good choice for place were to stay in amazing village Vernazza. Because you will get: - perfect location near center, train station, walking paths - silence and great view - recommendations from hosts...

Elisabetta Rooms offers authentic rooms with the best views in town on their private terrace with excellent service. Grabbing some bread, pesto (excellent!) and a local wine from the local shops for dinner on the terrace is an evening to remember. Cleanliness and hospitality was excellent – Elisabetta or her father came by daily to make sure we had fresh...

Cinque Terra, especially Vernazza is a gem of a place. This small, family run pension is basic, but right off the main drag. Be prepared to climb, many, many steps! We stayed in the penthouse that had 2 bedrooms and a cute little balcony. The owner did not meet us @ the trian station or answer my phone call, but...

This little place is very basic, but the view is something from a storybook! Elisabetta and her dad were nice, but they didn't meet us at check in and we had to have a nice person from a business call them. Other than that we felt we lived in the neighborhood staying there. Very nice people. The Focaccia bread at...

If you want to get away from all just go to Cinque Terre. No cars, just train and boats. And the views are breathe taking. About the place, it was ok. It was clean the lady was nice, close to the harbor. The room that we got was in the her house, that was decorated with the owner's things.

We stayed here for 3 days in August, was a very affordable room with all the infrastructure needed for our stay. We felt like home since it was an apartment usually used for normal living usage. Very clean and felt that everything was very trustworhy, we just saw Ely in the first day to give us the keys but for...

We agree with others, the views from this B and B are spectacular but the room was pretty basic and we found it impossible to get hold of Elisabetta while we were staying there. We certainly felt fitter having walked up the 113 steps and thankfully her husband helped us with our luggage but not down as we couldn't get...

Fantastic views and there is a great little roof terrace too. The room itself was however very basic, shabby, tiny, but clean. Don't worry about the mudslide that occurred in 2011, the town is pretty much back to normal now and there is certainly no shortage of bars, restaurants etc. Vernazza is a really nice little town and I would...

Everyone raves about the view-that's true. It's also true that throughout Cinque Terre there are views. Views from the restaurants, from the train, from the trail. Where you stay needs more and this spot is severely lacking. There was no closet nor anywhere to hang or set out clothes other than hard to reach shelves above the bed. There was...
