Our first impression of the hotels exterior was: oh no this looks shabby. But we were wrong. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpfull (told us if we were lost in the city, just call them and they will try to guide us!) The room was clean, comfortable bed, good cooling minibar, clean bathroom allthough the shower is... More

Recently spent 2 nights in Genova at the Boccascena and heartily recommend it for its location and services. It's a solid little 3 star hotel just off Piazza Della Vittoria and easily walkable to Stazione Brignole and its Metro connections. It's also convenient to bus lines that lead everywhere, and to shops and a multitude of good restaurants, Il Pampino... More

I have been one day in the nice annex of the fifth floor. is 20 minutes walk to the main shopping street. I liked much the flexible staff I have to go away unexpectedly and they (Marco, Mattia and Luzia) helped me to feel well.

The hotel is on a good location if you don't mind walking 15-20mins to the center or the aquarium area. They offer free parking but you need to reserve a space for the location has a maximum of about 10 -12 cars space (depending on the size)and they are accommodated like sausages on a can(side by side and no space... Not the nest location, price or facility. Each has its compromise. We were booked into the annex building with a tiny, rickety elevator and cramped room for a quad. The en suite bath was claustrophobic and the linens inferior. The bonuses were a very clean space, a very lovely staff and a free parking in a cramped city with expensive... More

We stayed one night in this hotel. The most important thing about this hotel is that Hotel Boccascena offers free parking in front of the entrance. You must make reservation earlier because only about 10 cars can be parked there. Send them email if you need parking place. Second important thing is, that this hotel is near important things (Piazza... More

Good proportion of price and quality. Nice staff. Comfortable location (near from Brignole trainstation): 15 minutes from metro (Brignole), 20 minutes on foot from the seashore, the store opposite the hotel. Tasty substantial breakfast. Noise level depends on the side the suite window looks out, the court or the street, where there is a bus-stop and dozens of motorists rushing... More

Pros: - Room was very clean, even around the edges, under the bed, and behind the furniture - Large, comfortable bed with firm mattress - Good Location - Easy access to most of the major bus lines and walking distance to the Brignole train station. There is a supermarket and ATM right across the street. - Laundromat right around the... More

By offering a strong Wi-Fi and a free parking... The clean simple rooms are convenient and satisfying... It was raining heavily to the extent that the stores were flooded and the breakfast was not served

When I drive in Genova and see the hotel at the first time, I though I will have a bad experience... Mistake! Except by the elevator that is little old, everything is perfect!!!! When I arrive, a woman in front desk helped us a lot (I am sorry, I did not remember her name). Indicated restaurantes and attractions around hotel.... More
