Detailed Reviews
We stayed overnight on out trip from Croatia to France. We chose the hotel as it was easy to access, not far from the autostrada and there was plenty of parking available. The room was a little tired but everything was very clean and worked properly. The restaurant for both evening meal and breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Worthy of note is that the evening meal was brought to us on a trolley and the sea bass that was ordered came whole and the waitress skinned and filleted it while we watched before serving it.

After arriving by ferry from Genoa we stayed overnight here before onward journey to France. We've stayed before and were pleased to find that the hotel is as nice as before. Good free parking, very friendly staff and comfortable room.

We need to give this feedback to the Hotel. When we were checking in the receptionist told us that it would be preferred if we would like to have dinner a little late. They were expecting a Group so come at 21-2130. We came down at that time at the restaurant. First he asked if we had reservations - there were only 4 people in the room. He was not very plesant when taking our order, and while we were eating they started to turn off the lights!! He was really annoyd for coming late to dinner cos’ he had breakfast at 6 o’clock. As much as I feel sorry for his work shifts, I do not appreciate to eat dinner in the dark or feel the total lack of conmunication between the front desk and restaurant. It was very unplesant.

When booking this hotel we reserved it online through booking.com. When arriving at the hotel they asked to pay the amount. The receptionist said we couldn’t pay on booking.com and had to pay either cash or card directly to the hotel. After the questioned as to why this was, the receptionist then got another male staff involved who explained to us that the reason we can’t pay through booking.com is because the payment takes up to 3/4days until it reaches the hotel? Which was not our problem and the hotel shouldn’t be advertised on websites like booking.com if you are not happy with them taking their percentage and also having to wait a few days for the money. We eventually paid through booking.com after attempting to pay by card on their machine and noticed that they wanted to charge twice the amount through the card machine than the price stated on booking.com.
We asked about how secure the car park was as had seen in a previous review someone ask about the cameras in the car park and the hotel stated that there were 15 cameras watching the car park. This was not the case. There was three cameras that we see and not one of them worked as at night time they did not show infra red ( they were infra red cameras).
When walking to our room we noticed that the room we booked was supposed to be watched by the cameras. There was one camera in the corridor near our room and again this camera did not work and was also faced into the wall. We had a look at the other cameras along other corridors and they were was turned into the walls? Not sure why this was but didn’t give a great impression.
The breakfast in the morning wasn’t too bad. This was a buffet.
When leaving in the morning my partner went to give back to card for entering the room. He handed this to the receptionist who told him that we hadn’t paid and we needed to pay. My partner told the receptionist that we paid on arrival the day before. The receptionist kept insisting it wasn’t paid. My partner asked for a receipt to be printed and the receptionist then managed to find it and tell him that we had already paid 🙄
Overall just felt as if we were getting mugged off a lot of the time.

we were denyed a breakfeast we already paid, just because we arrived 3mn after 10h00. The receptionnist tried to negotiate, unsuccessfully with the restaurant employees. What difference does it make for them to see 2 people arrive @10h03. It made a difference for us, an awful experience in ACcor groupe hotels. We'll never stop there anymore.

We just stayed here for 1 night. Like a stop over before we proceed for our next roadtrip in cinque terre. The room is nice and cleaned. But what made me supriced is a breakfast. It was so good my pancake and brioche are fresh. Good coffee too. U cant touch the things by the story of covid. But there is a lady will take your choices. For sure we stay here again in the future.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. A bit old but in good condition. Excellent XXL anatomical bed. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good, well served and staff well trained and friendly too. Parking is near the hotel and with many places. Overall an excellent choice to stay in suburban Genova.

we booked late into this hotel due to car troubles which stopped us from reaching our next destination. we could not have been more disappointed. the air con didnt work, the bar menu consisted of frozen pizza, they shut the restaurant by turning the lights off on us and ordering us out...all in all not even vaguely impressed. the service was even worse - once we told the desk of our experience and how we didnt feel that the room we had warranted the price we were being charged, he offered to call the police on us. dreadful place.

There seems to be plenty of parking available at the hotel.
Not sure! However, majority of the hotels these days have laundry service. Might be best to ring them up to double check.
There is an very clean and inexpensive public transportation system that runs right past the hotel
Dear Marci, our hotel is about 12 km far from the city center and Acquarium. You can reach the city center by bus in 35/40 minutes or by car in 15/20 minutes. best regards
