This hotel location is very good just 200 meters from train station and very close to town centre. The room was clean and good size. Breakfast was croissant, juice and coffee .Parking was outside the hotel. Good connection to Cinque Terre are potentially the best. Good value hotel

This is a no frills hotel close to the station, and a short walk from the city centre where there are some lovely dining options. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to some rooms we have stayed in. The housekeeping staff keep the place spotless. There is a coin operated laundrette close by as well. However the beds need...

The hotel location is very good, approximately 300 meters from the Central train station, just turn left and walk down the hill a little. We stayed for the location and the price. We came down from Genoa by an early train well before we could check in, however they were happy to store our luggage while we went exploring Cinque...

The location is the best: up the street from the railway, facing the trendy pedestrian walk. However, this little hotel is a very sad little place.Nothing "alive" about it - usually tourist hotels are buzzing with activity and a sense of good vibes. Here - silence and darkness. The room was too basic - on the level of a hostel...

This hotel was A-OK for a clean bed to sleep in and a very good price. It was maybe not the prettiest but it was the cheapest we've stayed in and was greatly located. Indeed there was no ambiance nor lights in the hallways and the elevator is a little old, but we used the stairs. Our room was recently...

We stayed at this hotel during a 1 month driving holiday. Compared to all of our other hotels it was quite depressing. Although clean, it was very tired and dismal. There was no carpet in the bedroom. The furnishings and bed cover were several decades old and very worn. The manager very obviously did not want to be there and...

I don't know what people are complaining about. So it's not the Ritz, but neither is the price. So the staff have limited English, but hello, this is Italy! We thought the location was excellent, the property clean and well-run, the breakfast quite good for Continental style, and the price very reasonable. The room was small, but the bathroom good....

Albergo venezia is a clean and comfortable hotel with the best location when you are traveling to see Cinque Terre. The breakfast was very good, italian and personal, served by a italian lady. 3 min walking from the train station, where you can buy your DAY TICKET to use the train to see cinque terre. Albergo Venezia seems a family...

It wasn't a good experience, we arrived after 22:00 and there were no staff at the reception to effect our check-in. Only one employee who apparently was the caretaker or night watchman, had to leave our passports for one night in the hotel safe to perform our check one by the next morning. The room are spacious, but with a...

We travelled around Europe for 2 months and this was the worse hotel we stayed in. We had no accommodation booked so we walked in off the street without doing our homework. We got off the train and it was the first hotel we found so we took it. The man at the front desk was very rude and lazy....
